Wingstop

Last Friday, called in my order for 25 wings… they said it would take 20 mins. Got there in 10 mins, paid immediately and sat down to watch the game. 25 mins pass and I here the cashier call three 20 piece orders that barely placed their orders after I had paid. After she takes the rest of the orders, I ask her if my order is done yet and I notice a to go bag sitting behind her. She asked if I paid so I gave her my receipt, then she asks who took my payment. It doesn’t matter.
Poor organization and management.

Messy and water spilled all over the floor no sign and no one even attempting to clean it up. Employees in the back cooking cussing and yelling at each other. Not professional at all. Need to retrain everyone.

Wing stop isn’t my favorite place to get wings because I much prefer BWW.
Their wings are a lot smaller here, and sometimes they taste a bit too dry.
Everything also takes quite a bit of time to get to you, even when there’s barely anyone there ordering but yourself.
Their fries & that seasoning, though! It’s worth mentioning and probably one of the only reasons I still come to wingstop.
This place is great when you’re craving wings but are too lazy to drive all the way to BWW.

Ordered a 40 pack with extra fries, a dozen rolls and two 2 liters to go, once my order was done a lady behind the counter called my name and gave me my bag but it was missing the rolls, a guy in the back behind her was putting them in a separate bag i guess she was unaware so I got the food, got the rolls drove all the way home (Herndon & polk) got out of the car walked inside and noticed they didn’t give me my two 2 liter sodas smh
Called them up a lady answered the phone lieing saying she dont remember me when i was just there 30 mins ago she put some guy on the phone that said he was the shift manager he found my order and that he was sorry they forgot the sodas and offered 10% off my next visit and some free rolls lol no thank you I just want what I paid for, they had a light flashing in front of the store saying open til midnight so I drove back a hour or so later to get the sodas arrived at 11:40pm they closed at 11pm guess who is writing this review from the empty parking lot? Bingo!

Consistency is not of question when it comes to wingstop. I think its 16 min per order, that’s their standard quota as I was once told. It’s pretty much just a wing place so not much to like or love about it. Definitely worth saying that it’s not at all bad.
I usually order the lemon pepper wings and a side of atomic sauce and BBQ sauce. I understand some people might be shaking their head in disgust, if u don’t like spicy food. I admit that I’m a sucker for spicy food but it has to have great flavor to compliment or make up for the heat. That’s why I said atomic sauce and BBQ sauce I make my own mix of the 2 to my own liking.
The atomic sauce actually has a unique taste and not just overly burning ur tongue to hell. So when mixed with the BBQ sauce it has a whole different element of taste. Compared to Buffalo Wild Wings on shaw and 168, I think the atomic sauce has a definite edge against the blazin sauce bbw offers.
I don’t believe in boneless wings, to me its called chicken strips made from the breast or whatever, so not gonna comment.

On one of my first visits here, the cashier was extremely helpful by genuinely explaining which was the best way to order what we wanted to get at the cheapest price! That was very sweet of her for going out of her way to do that knowing some people would just charge you for whatever you want without letting you know how to order it. I wish I could remember her name though!

I ordered from this location a few days ago, placed my order online and was given a time of 3:20 for it to be ready. I arrived at 3:50 only to find out my order was not ready. I waited for about 20 minutes before someone told me my food would be ready in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later the guy comes out with my order. When I got home I found that instead of using the proper containers for the dip I had ordered they used 30 small containers that ended up spilling. Then, after having to sort through the order and seperate everything, I was able to eat, which was a mistake. I got extreamly sick to my stomach and since that was all I had eaten I knew it was from the chicken. I will never return to this location, EVER!!!

We went on a Friday night a couple weeks ago to grab some fries and ended up getting great customer service. The manager Eddie or Edwardo was super great! He told us about the seasoned fries and he even offered to make us the different varieties of fries and gave us seasonings to try. He was so sweet. All the workers there were so sweet! The wings were good too. They knew my husbands name after we left. The staff that night was seriously so nice. Thanks guys!

Awesome. I love wing stop and so does my boyfriend. Always a good choice. The boneless BBQ is great and the fries are amazing. Black Tea is the best drink!

I love chicken wings. Who doesn’t?!
The first time I had wings from Wing Stop, I had the ATOMIC wings. And you know what, it made me cry. My lips were burning. I had to be careful not stick those saucy-​fiery fingers in my eyes when I wiped my tears. Maybe I am a masochist, but I liked that pain.
I came back about a week ago, to order some more Atomic wings. And you know what? Those wings didn’t make me cry. that’s a shame. I figure they probably got complaints from some pansy mofo that «It’s too hot» «my kid starting crying» blah blah blah. if you can’t take the heat, don’t order the hottest wings on the menu. Don’t take that away from me and others who enjoy a tearful night of atomic wings.

Wing Stop, if you guys hear me, keep them Atomic Wings hot. HOT HOT!!!

Great service! Fast for take out orders. But a bit salty for the fries even though I said lightly salted. Beside that the wings are awesome!

This is my favorite wing stop in Fresno. Really nice staff. I love Larry the night shift manager. Best think is online ordering. Food is ready when you get there.

go to another one… but i’m not sure whether they are customer oriented or just arrogant people with no social skills. food good, service lousy

Wingstop has some pretty good wing flavors! I like the traditional hot, and the BBQ. Recently they started serving mango habanero, which is amazingly hot and delicious. Their boneless wings are the same price as the regular wings, which is kind of unheard of. It’s a little expensive but totally worth it. You can even go online to order (hooray laziness) and pick it up at the store to take home. Love Wingstop!
P. S. This location is at E. Kings Canyon Rd. No idea why it’s listed as «East Kings» haha.

Yummmmyyyy!!! Idk if I can’t count or what but we always seem to get one or two more wings than we buy. =p the parmesan garlic is my favorite! Its better than buff. wild wings Parmesan chicken!
The fries come in large portions which we can never finish so we don’t order the meals anymore. We just order wings and yeast rolls on the sides. Good finger licking stuff!

Love love love wingstop. It takes long because everythings made fresh. The service was nice and its a lot less busier than shaw. clean and friendly place. strips are the best and garlic parmesean bone in wings are to die for.

Went to this place because I wanted to try something different. Love the original BBQ. The Hawaiian was also good. If you like wings you’ll like this place.

Stopped in for some wings on the way back from Cherry auction. This is located between a small strip of stores across the street from the big shopping center with the grocery store and panda express, pretty easy to miss and didnt even know it was there until someone told me. Had the 15 piece combo w drink large fries and added 5 more wings for 2.99. all in all came out to 20 and some change. great price and there were left overs.
Wait time was about 20 min but we got some free rolls for the wait at least. Place was clean, wings were good, tried the hickory, garlic parmasean, and mild. the hickory ones were a little too saucy for me but really good if ya want a bbq sauced wing. The fries were a over salted could have done with alot less salt. blue cheese dressing was great with fries when wiped the salt off them.
The service did its job, took our order and and brought it out to us. They did take awhile to make it even tho no one was there at the time but they did appologize for it which we appreciated since we werent in a rush or anything. Hit the spot for what we were cravin glad theres one on that side of town.
