Went there and they were rude didn’t open the shop up because they were too busy doing other stuff

Best place in town to get good work boots. Every time I’ve compared prices they’ve been about half the price of boot barn or work world. And the owner doesn’t try to upsell or pressure you, the only place in Fresno to get work boots as far as I’m concerned.

Service is very poor. As noted in another review. …when I tried to order something that they didnt have in stock the salesman became extremely rude and came up with a long list of excuses to not do it. If they dont want my business then I will take it elsewhere.

They were the only ones in town i could find womens workboots at. Unfortunately I couldnt really afford the 100 $ they cost, but thats my issue. Customer service was excellent and they seemed to have loads of different work attire for any kind of job. I would definitely suggest this place for work stuff. Guess it was an isolated incident the other reviewer had because in the end I didnt even buy anything and the sales guy was still nice even after fetching me two different sized shoes to try on. Workboots are expensive and can be an ordeal to get the right one, I wouldnt blame an employee if a place like this cant order certain ones. I called this place pricey only because it depends on what you need to buy.

Fair prices on danners however they should take down their danner signs cause they don’t have any sizes (12 13 and 8.5) and apparently they aren’t going to order more, when asking about ordering the guy was a total dick, I won’t be back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also you have to pay first in order to try on whites boots.
