Luxury Nails

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SALON. Do NOT go here if you are looking for a manicure. Poor communication, disregard for questions being asked and hands down the WORST customer service I have EVER received anywhere (this includes any nail salon, hair salon, shopping experience, restaurant I have ever been to). I would never return and refuse to recommend this salon to anyone I know. I am typically a very quiet person, scared or worried to hurt others’ feelings when revue being services that I am paying for so usually even if I’m not happy with something I just live with it and learn for the next time so for me to feel this upset is completely out of the norm for me. My sister is getting married this weekend and I am the maid of honor. She wanted a matte, nude color on the bridesmaids. When I got to the salon I asked if the color I chose (which was the closest to a nude without being white) would be clear. I was told that with multiple coats it would not be clear or shear. One my technician started, I realized it would be so I spoke up to which she kept saying «no it’s natural, it looks good.» Now, did it look nice? Yes. However, as a paying customer who has a huge and extremely important event in to days, it was in no way what I needed for the want event. I said multiple times that this was not what I was looking for and she was unresponsive to the point that ANOTHER CUSTOMER got a second technician to come over. She then gave me white which was not the right color either so I said that wasn’t what I wanted. At the end of my appointment they were unempathetic and COMPLETELY ignored me saying I was really unhappy. I still left a tip because I felt too badly about taking her time but asked for at least a partial refund on the service to which the manager was BEYOND rude to me, saying it was «too bad» and they will not refund me for anything. I went to my car and cried I was so upset about how I was treated at this salon by their staff during a time when I want this to be perfect for my little sister.
I am still in shock about how AWEFUL the customer service was here and how it is possible someone can feel okay talking to a customer, let alone another human being, the way they did. I am now going to have to find the time as I travel for this out of state wedding and spend an additional amount of money to have to get my nails redone at another salon so that they are matching the rest of the bridal party :(Beyond disappointed.

Not a very fancy place but you’re treated like it is. There are lots of nail places close to my house, but I will drive 15 miles to get one of the best pedicure in town.
