When you are being adorkable, you can not do better than Build a Bear. And they have a punch card system so when you have been adorkable enough: you get something free out of it, like an unexpected present from a hard-working Uruk Hai trying to climb the ranks through promotion. Whether you are here with your kid, or attempting to do something romantic and adorkable for a love interest, you can expect some space to do your own thing if you look like you know what you are doing, or you can get as much help as you need if you look lost, scared, and confused.

The theme of this store sells itself, however, I would like to see some of the enthusiasm return. The teen employees were average at best and seemed a little flippant. I prefer to have zest and excitement go along with my child’s Bear building experience. I don’t mind spending $ 40-$ 80 on a plush animal if my child gets the full experience. I was disappointed with the lack of customer assistance.

I’m not sure why this location is marked as closed. I took my daughter here Friday night and they are most definitely alive and kicking! My little sweetie has been especially good lately so I thought she deserved a treat. I told her we were going to the mall to window shop and surprised her with a little splurge at BABW. The people who run this store are so sweet and helpful and they really try to make it a fun experience for each kid. The best part about BABW are all the choices! My daughter was absolutely giddy… and to be honest, the place brought out the kid in me, too. She ended up choosing a rabbit that she named Charlotte, a rockstar outfit, skates, two pairs of shoes, pajamas, panties, sunglasses and a stroller. All of that was 82 bucks but in my eyes? The experience was priceless. Thanks BABW for being so sweet to my princess!
