Toys usually out of stock and more expensive than at target/​Walmart or from online at amazon.
Customer service is terrible — if you can even find anyone! I’ve only ever seen 3 employees there, max, and had to press the call for an employee button for over 5 minutes to get help.
Definitely do NOT order online from toys r us to pick up in the store. Did it twice and each time they not only messed up my order, they didn’t change it. They just told me to go to a different location. (Wow like I didn’t consider that before ordering it online?)

Yet again, we tried to buy something we found on the shelf, only to be told that it was put out 5 days early by accident and they couldn’t sell it to us.

This stores shelves were empty. It looked like there were going out of business. Once I decided to get a bike I took the ticket up to the counter and the cashier said «we don’t have any of these». I responded «there are two assembled on the rack». She went to a separate computer making a big deal and holding up the line for at least 5 minutes. She came back and said «we must have gotten some in». Why be rude? Why make a big deal? I am trying to give your store money. Shouldn’t be that hard!

Kinda messy, ok, very messy… the worst part was and i can’t get over this — the shopping carts were SO rusty! How you gonna have kids sitting in rusty carts?

I have been to this store twice now. The first time the place was a mess, I needed help finding something and the associate was extremely unhelpful. Today I called looking for a toy. I live about 30 minutes away and asked them to hold it for me as it was the last one and I would have to be in the car for 30 minutes. They said they could not hold it (which I think is ridiculous) and of course when I got there the toy was gone. It was a complete waste of time and they couldn’t have cared less. I will not be giving my money to this store ever. HORRIBLE customer service!
