Amazing Lash Studio

LMFAO this location is a joke. Worst group of people I’ve ever met. terrible customer service. super unfriendly and genuine. i had lashes done by Kimber my apt was for a refill and she said I needed a full set. I said okay I’m sorry that’s fine I’ll pay the $ 250 and she said it is what it is and she’s gonna be losing money and it isn’t worth it for her. and I was new to the whole thing and I just got disrespected like crazy. lmao found another place to get mine done

This was the most HORRIBLE experience that I have ever had at this location. I am only giving one star because I have to in order to place the review. Let me explain.
I had an appointment with Kimber, who by the way is AMAZING, at 4:40 on Saturday for a full set because it had been longer than 4 weeks since my last refill. I arrived just in time to check in. I walked up and the girl at the front totally ignored me until I said to her I was there to check in. She looked up at me with the worst face and said okay, which I responded to by saying that I was going to the ladies room.
When I returned, I was standing in the lobby for 9 minutes, now past my appointment time, and I asked if she was running late. The girl proceeded to say «yeah because the last appointment, ok no, the last last appointment was 15 minutes late and she still took her.» Trying to blame Kimber for this. When they double book Kimber on a regular basis.
This is not the first time that this had happened either, but it will be my last. Almost every time I come in, they have double booked my appointment time with Kimber and I have to wait as munch as 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen.
I proceeded to ask the girl to cancel my account and she said she couldn’t, I asked for a refund of the amount I had prepayed for my session, and she said she couldn’t do gang either. Then she got the customer service manager in the phone and she stated she couldn’t help me either.
While I was on the phone 2 more women walked in with complaints, one of which was booked at the same time that I was with Kimber.
At the end of the day I had to call my credit card company and block the merchant so they wouldn’t continue to charge my card for service NOT rendered.
This lost ion is the worst!
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE OTHER COMMITMENTS!

Highly recommended. Kimber was great! The membership is well worth it — especially knowing that you’ll love your lashes and WANT to keep them looking great. It’s the best way to do so.
Don’t go to a nail salon (like my first time mistake) — come here :)

This place is amazing! I was skeptical to get my lashes done but my friends convinced me and insisted this is the only location I should go to. I now 100% agree with them I am in love with my lashes and will definitely be a returning customer!

Love it here! I’ve always had super tiny, straight lashes. Now, my lashes have length & volume without weighing my eyelids down. Liza does a great job, and even after 3 weeks, the majority of my lashes are still in place!

I’m always getting compliments on my lashes. They look so natural and I love that I don’t have to wear mascara! Ask for Brandi she is amazing

I booked an appointment through Unilocal,showed up for the appointment only to find out they had no idea I booked anything, nor were they even concerned. I let it slide, booked for a different day and time and not with the girl I originally planned on using. Michelle was very thorough on my right eye, but I guess rearranging my back meant my left eye didn’t get as much attention. My left eye was nearly half of my right eye.
Also, I’m not sure if the language barrier had anything to do with it, but she didn’t even give me instruction on how to care for them. Didn’t inform me to brush them or even use a special make up remover. Also, the front desk didn’t even try to have me book another appointment. I’m not sure if I have a membership or not, or if they even care if I return.
I’m going to check out the bay colony location before I return to this one. Driving a little further for potentially better customer service might be worth it.

This place is seriously legit. As soon as my my mom and I walked in we were treated very nice, I felt like they actually appreciated our business. The receptionists were also very kind enough to give me and my mom some tips on how to keep our eyelash extensions for a much longer time. I was pretty nervous since this was my first time getting extensions and I’m pretty glad I came to this location. If you ever visit this awesome place I recommend Lydia! I’m officially obsessed now! Thank you for making me feel gorgeous!

An affordable place with great quality lashes. Get the membership, its well worth it!

I read reviews about Patia. So I made an appointment with her for my full set lash extensions. She did a fantastic job. We went with the «gorgeous» look. Now I will feel fabulous for my wedding day. I even made a mini touch up appointment in case if I need a few more the day before the wedding. Ask for Patia.

This location is literally down the street from me, and I’m glad that the quality of the service is so great.
I usually have my lashes done by Katrina. She is able to do great looking lashes every single time.

This place was amazing! The staff was super sweet and knowledgable. They had an issue with the power when I got there that was by no means their fault. I had to reschedule my appointment which was fine because I totally understood. Katrina got me in at the end of the day and stayed after for me! It was great and she took her time to make sure everything was perfect! It was my first time and I will definitely be going back and getting a membership! I absolutely love my lashes and feel amazingly comfortable going to them! Thank you so much for making my experience wonderful!

The ladies do a good job of putting on the lashes. My problem is with the billing and the way the computer system works! I have a membership and every time I go I have had membership fee taken out and then pay again, he manager said she will look at why do I pay every time when my membership should cover my refill. I go this week and will see what happens but for now I will NOT RENEW at the end of contract.
After I have spoke with the manager she reviewed my account and fixed what was wrong. She took time to type it all out so I could she and understand what was happening with the account. She was nice enough to give me her phone number if I did not understand so she could help me.

my boys ended up showing up and the staff even treated them so nicely gave them snacks and water. I had to come in for a little touch up since I got extra long. they are always so nice and sweet here.

Signed up for a membership and have not regretted it. It is a little pricy but i love not having to use mascara.

Got my lashes done here. Love it! The place is new and very beautifully decorated. The front desk very friendly and helpful. I signed up to be a member and will be going here for my lashes from now on.

I loved getting my lashes done here! They came out so beautiful and lasted for a good month! I would highly recommend amazing lash studio, and will definitely be returning in the future.

At first I was really skeptical to do my lashes because of previous places but the stylist I had (Lydia Le) reassured me of all my worries and answered all my questions! The process took an hour and thirty minutes and I took a nice nap! Nothing irritated my eyes during or after the process! It’s been 3 weeks now and my eyelashes are still long and looking great! They do not feel heavy on my eyelashes and I don’t even need to put mascara on. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for eyelash extensions! Overall great experience and loved the service!

This was my second time getting eyelash extensions & they never fail to please! My stylist was really sweet & kept me entertained for the hour & a half I was there. I’m absolutely in love with my lashes. It’s been three weeks & they’re still looking amazing! I highly recommend coming! Definitely will come back for refills.
