I really liked this salon, a spa atmosphere. My friend and I went last week and decided to go in the VIP area for our pedicures. It is a dark quiet room with amazing massage chairs. It is $ 5 per person more but the minimum pedicure you get is $ 45 so it will be $ 50 minimum. It was an exhausting day so I was looking forward to relaxing. That was immediately gone when the employees came in and started to talk loudly to each other in their language and laughing(and I’m not sure why I always think they are taking about my toes and feet :)). anyway this went on the entire time we were in there. I would say if you were the only in there it would be worth it. But don’t sell the VIP as a relaxing experience when that happens. Shellac manicure just ok. I am going to give it another try It is the nicest looking salon in the area.

Went in a little before 7:00 tonight planning to get just a basic pedicure as I was well aware that they weren’t open much later. I also planned to tip them rather well as I really do not like to go to businesses so close to their closing time. When I walked in, there were 3 of the employees sitting in chairs playing on their cell phones. Without even greeting me, one of them says«it’s too late, we’re closed.»(Their hours state they close at 7:30.) It looks really nice and organized inside, but I will not be returning due to the rude/unfriendly way they communicated with me.

Nails of America earned another star on my latest visit. I was utterly pleased with my service the second time around. I came straight from work on a Friday evening and decided to be a walk-in. This time around I felt very welcomed and was taken right away. My services were the orange pedicure by Fimi and a shellac manicure by Tammy. I received both services simultaneously which was a bonus because I had other errands to run. Fimi was very sweet and polite and tended to my needs very well. Tammy was the life of the party and kept me laughing the entire time. I recommend these two techs for your pampering needs. I had a great experience and I’ll definitely see myself coming back again for repeat services.

They forget to do everything included in the package. I’ve gone twice and both times, something wasn’t done. I had the orange pedicure the first time, and the fresh orange was not used. It almost defeats the purpose of an orange pedicure. The second time, I got the classic pedicure which come with a sugar scrub, but the technician didn’t do that. I had two different technicians each time, so maybe it’s a common thing. This second time around, my technician didn’t shape my nails the same size. I got a dark color on my toes so it’s noticeable that my big toes are uneven. I’m not the type of person to call people out on something, so I didn’t say anything. Aside from those mishaps, the place is really nice. It’s a big salon with multiple rooms. They have a kids room, VIP room for an extra cost, two pedicure rooms, and the nail stations in the front. Upon entering, you sign in on little sheets for them to keep track of your services. After, they assign a technician who leads you to your station. Complimentary drinks are offered, and you’re on your way to getting pampered! The classic pedicure is the first and basic package. It took about 20 minutes and included the basics plus a sugar scrub, which I didn’t get. The orange pedicure is the second package with fresh oranges(that I missed out on), sugar scrub, OPI lotion, and a few other things. Both packages got the job done. I would recommend this place, but do keep an eye out on your technician to make sure they do everything. Speak up on my behalf.

I stopped in after my massage two doors down. This place is on some Real Houswives of «insert location» type stuff. When you walk in you feel like you’re in a spa. You are greeted and serviced as soon as you walk in the door. I picked my color from opi color wall which is as tall as me. I was escorted to my pedi chair which was all new and shiny. They use plastic liners in the soaking tub which I thought was nice. They have a few pedicure packages and it’s hard to make a decision as I didn’t understand the differences between them. I picked one in the mid range price and hoped for the best. I was offered a beverage and a staff member brought me some lemon essence water… refreshing. My manicurist, Crystal, was really sweet and she did a wonderful job. I’ve never had an hour long pedicure before, but it was worth every penny. My only complaint was the annoying and loud children of one of the patrons. I know it is not the fault of the business, but the screaming and running made it so hard to relax. Crystal did everything she could to make me comfortable, but I just couldn’t relax. Once my service was over, I quickly paid and received a gift card to use towards my next visit. I will return, but if I see children running around… I’m walking back to the car.
