Loving the customer experience! Thank you to JP for being awesome! We went into the store at the guidance of the online customer service who said my request could only be completed in store. JP got both the kids iPhone all set and we were off to the beginning of a great Christmas!

Management and staff constantly falsely sells and advertises their service and products. 3G service on iPhone 6 and 6 plus? Not thank you, stick to VERIZON, Att, and T MOBILE. I advise customers to come shop inside the Baybrook Mall for cell phones and service.

First of all I have been a customer of this location since 2003, and Sprint is the only cell provider I’ve ever used. Typically they are slow and you have to wait awhile, but this store is in a busy area so that is to be expected. I went into this store today to try and upgrade my iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6 plus. The girl that helped me said I would be unable to do this because I had an old plan that was grandfathered in, which needed to be changed. I was told I could not change the plan because my mother is the primary account holder and she would have to be there in order to get the plan changed. Fine. So I leave the store, call my mom, and have her call Sprint customer service to see about changing plans. She was told this was a tactic used by employees to get customers to sign up for different services as they are paid commission for this, and that this way no way accurate. So I go back up to the store, wait for nearly an hour, when a manager finally approaches me and asks if she can help. I tell her what happened and she states that we do not have to change plans, but my mom would have to be present anyway because I am upgrading my phone. Wtf?! So which one is it? Then I call customer service and ask if this is correct and I’m told this is up to the stores discretion. It really seems like they want to make things as difficult as possible. So frustrating! I hate being lied to and fed misinformation for no reason. Sprint really needs to work on the customer service in their stores, at least when I call customer service they try and help.

First time going to this Sprint store and I definitely will be back. Previously we went to the Sprint store on Pearland Parkway. First time we went the employees were rude and not helpful at all. We assumed(wrongly) that it was a one time deal. The second time we went it was worse. Needless to say we will NEVER go back to that store. OK onto the store in Webster night and day difference. The employees that helped us were polite, courteous, and eager to help. My wife’s cellphone broke and she is not up for an upgrade until February so we needed a phone to get us by. Found one on Craigslist and met at the store to swap it. Long story short they were very busy but the wait wasn’t that long and the employees were wonderful! I wish we would have gotten their names. We will definitely go to this Sprint store from now on.

I usually hate this location because it is SO busy all the time, but I must have finally gotten it right. Saturday night at 7 is the time to go, folks. I was in and out in 30 [painless] minutes thanks to Raven, You must get her, she’s all about getting things done.
