Subway

Poor service — Maxx, behind the counter was more interested in cutting up with his pals ordering than being efficient and getting the next customers in line taken care of. Offering «meat fed cows cheese» and French and Mexican cheese options… No amused at 8 pm when I’m feeding two kids after practice! Reminds me why I hate Subways in general! Ugh!

After having not come to this store since June 2014 due to bad service and product, I decided to make a return visit in July 2015. Sadly things had not changed in the year I was last here. I came by around 1:30pm on a Friday — prime lunch time — and there was ONE employee working and one employee in the back on her cellphone. I ordered a turkey breast chopped salad and just like last year they skimped on everything — meat, veggies etc. The employee rolled his eyes, muttered something and went into the back to get a bowl. I also asked if I could have croutons but they told me they «didn’t have none». When I asked for a couple packets of crackers, the guy told threw ONE package in the bag. When I asked if I could have a couple more, he said there was a $ 0.25 charge for additional cracker packets!!! I have uploaded another photo of my salad, again you can see how they barely put any lettuce or veggies in it – you can actually see the black bottom of the container in areas. How this place stays open is beyond me. Two customers actually got out of line and left while I was here, because service was so slow and poor.

Husband got sick 15 minutes after eating the spicy Italian sandwich. I think the meat was off temp perhaps. Can’t prove it. Won’t be going back though.

Found out AFTER I ate that the bathroom sink was broken. So GROSS. I don’t even care if they have a sink in the kitchen area. After all, the customers need to wash our hands as well.

Went there today for a quick lunch, when I went in and the line was pretty long. The lady that was making my sandwiches wasn’t really friendly. Treated me like I was stupid because I didn’t want my meatball sandwich toasted. Kept asking what I wanted over and over, kind of like I was bothering her for being there. Bottom line they needed more people working the front of the store.

Thank you so much to this location. They participated in the free sub for Veterans on Veteran’s day (not all locations did and they were rude).
This location has the nicest staff and I thank you for your consideration.

I *heart* Subway.
This location is unique to me because the staff is very friendly and always make the sandwich just how I like it, extra mayo and all!
This is my subway of choice when in the Friendswood area.

Eating here was not my choice yet some friends wanted to meet here. I’ve had it with Subway long ago as it used to be great but now generally sucks (like Walmart).
The pepperoni on my sandwich wasn’t fully thawed out (they just order bags of pre-​sliced and frozen toppings from Sysco) but pepperoni with ice is actually pretty good in a strange way.
2 stars cause my friends liked what they ordered. I know better, blah blah.
You can lead a horse to water but can’t make him drink. There are so many other, way, way better places. Expand your horizons…
