I am a subway fan and since eating here I will Never eat subway again. You place your order on a brown paper bag that ultimately will house your sandwich. So it almost completely eliminates the chances of your order being incorrect. I think that customers like the idea of having control of that. I got the turkey club, with comes with ham and bacon. With a slew of delicious toppings. I also signed up for their rewards program. Which automatically gives you a free drink upon registering. The subs are priced well, certainly more appetizing than subway. The service is quick and friendly, the facility is very clean and I have no complaints. This will be my new lunch spot if I’m one the road and need a quick fulfilling bite. I have been hear several times since my first visit and it has proven consistent.

Food is usually tasty here. They keep it clean and the staff is friendly. One complaint is that they are out of bacon most times I come here. What is a club without bacon?

I don’t know what was worse, the horrifying smell of cigarette smoke next to where the food was being prepared and all through the restaurant, the disgusting, filthy surroundings and menus, the $ 12 «fajitas» that I ordered that were enough for one taco, or the ambiance — that made it like eating in a loud high school cafeteria. The food was Terrible. TERRIBLE:

I ate there for the first time today and the food was great. I had the small chicken pesto and the flavor was great. It wasn’t that busy so maybe that was the difference for us? I can’t wait to go again!

Sometimes you want a sandwich, but not from subway. Don’t get me wrong… I like subway, but sometimes you need a bit of variety. This place is a tad more expensive, but I don’t mind spending a couple of extra dollars for any possible sandwich topping I want. Nice!

I’ve been here numerous times. I love me a good sandwich and Which Wich delivers. The staff is extremely friendly every time I’ve been and I’ve had no problems with my orders. I see a lot of people complain about the wait. Yes, if you arrive during the lunch rush hour and the dinner rush hour, you will be waiting for a bit. Simply because there are a lot of people ahead of you and they hand make your sandwich in the order they recieve them. They sometimes seem a little short staffed, but what do you expect? There’s room for improvement, but that won’t stop me from coming here.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had in awhile. My husband and I stopped in about 30 minutes before closing… and the entire staff disappeared. They close at 9 and were cleaning up so obviously didn’t want to serve us. After several minutes they came back out. They messed up my husband’s order 2xs, threw out the first order and he took the 2nd since the wait was so long. While he was waiting on his order, they messed up every single one of the other customers orders as well… talk about food waste and profit loss for a company. Just wow! Anyways, when we got home to eat, both of our sandwiches were terrible and had to be thrown in the trash… over $ 17 worth. Mine wasn’t supposed to have anything spicy but my mouth was burning. What if I’d had an allergy? How do employees screw up every sandwich they make simply because their customers had the nerve to come in 30 mins before closing? To make matters worse, i was told that the manager on duty had voided my sale that night when i wrote a letter to complain. I was doubtful but waited to make sure the funds never cleared my account. No shock here. They did. I wrote back and was told sometimes it takes awhile but if i gave my card number again, she’d expedite it for me. Hello. A voided transaction doesn’t pull funds. A charge does and then a refund usually takes a few days… not weeks. Never going back and i recommend you don’t waste your time or money there.

We went here as part of a promotion where a percent of the profits went back to an organization we support. First the positive, restaurant was clean, nice background music, friendly and helpful staff. Ordering was easy. I ordered a «surf and turf» sandwhich from the seafood bad, which had crab and steak meat. I also added mayo and lettuce. My sandwich was warm and toasted, and DELICIOUS. One of the best sandwiches I have ever tasten! Now the negatives, the prices are above average for what you’d expect for a sub shop. Nearly 10 dollars for my 10-inch sub! Also, as I ate my meal, I did the online survey, in which I received a free cookie. After my meal, I ordered my cookie and waited nearly 10 minutes! When I received it 10 minutes later, it was overcooked and almost inedible. Maybe it was because I got the cookie free, rather then them receiving a profit. However, I still enjoyed the place, and will go to a Which Wich instead of subway when available. Which Which is slightly more expensive, however, their quality of food and there vast range of choices beats out subway.

We’ve had several poor experiences with this location, but today’s service sealed the deal. My wife and I will never go back. Is it reasonable to wait 40 minutes for a sandwich? I don’t think it is. Has anybody every gone into a Subway or a Quiznos and waited for over half an hour for their sandwich to be prepared? I doubt it. After the horrendous wait, I was still expecting a well-made sandwich. 40 minutes is a long time to craft and care for something so simple. My bowl had about half of the meat it should have had and my wife’s sandwich was missing ingredients from both ends. It was basically a bread sandwich. This is what happens when you leave a restaurant in the care of disinterested teenagers. There was no adult manager on site and these kids were working at a snail’s pace. The owners of Which Wich Friendswood are doing a horrific job and should be ashamed. If you’re thinking this was a one-time occurrence on a bad day, know that my average wait time here is about 30 minutes. AVOIDATALLCOSTS!

Whiches are good, just don’t fall asleep waiting to get your order! This is the second time I’ve been here and had to wait for over 30 minutes for my 2 subs, both times ordering online. There are 14 people in this location right now without food. Waiting. There are 3 people behind the counter, one poor girl working her butt off another dude that keeps cracking jokes about the orders being too hard and another guy that I think might be high. Actually, maybe he are my Which the first time they made it. Sorry, All I can do is laugh right now or I will scream. I ordered the Hula and the Cuban and just asked about them for the second time — after being told my order was 3 deep in the queue — and the high guy pulls it out of the warmer, contradicting the poor girl who asked to see my email receipt because she wasn’t aware of any online orders. This place is an amateur circus!

I have always loved the concept of Which Wich … write it down on a bag so there is little room for error! While I can’t say that this is my favorite sandwich shop, they do make good sandwiches, but the meat can be salty(for my tastes, probably normal for everyone else) so I find myself super thirsty in like 2 hours. I always get the turkey because I’m lame like that.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and will probably go back again. Which Wich is sort of set up like Bullritos, if you’ve ever been there. You go in and select a bag for your sandwich. Here is where it is a little different. Each bag is stamped with the type of sandwich you want, e.g., «Italian», «Turkey», «Vegetarian», etc.(There are actually some blank bags at the end, which confused me at first, and there are kids’ size bags). Then you select what extras you want, what bread you want(if any), what vegetables you want, and what sauces and seasonings. You bring it to the ordering area and pay. You wait a few minutes(I haven’t had to wait more than about 5 minutes – one time there were other people and one time they were empty) and you get your sandwich. That’s it. They also have shakes which I haven’t tried. They DO have Dr Pepper, but it’s not in the soda fountain… it’s in a bottle. They have Mr Pibb instead. I thought that was great because Mr Pibb is harder to find. I almost never drink soda, but my daughter got to try Mr Pibb for the first time(still prefers Dr Pepper!) Place is clean, service is helpful, we’ll be back! Oh, and the breakfast sandwiches look great! Those are served all day. There are also several vegetarian sandwiches, which is great. They have a Thanksgiving turkey/cranberry sandwich which may become my go to comfort food when I have to eat when on the go.

In all, good food, but they sure do take a long time to make a sandwich(15 minutes when the place is empty, 45 when it’s full). Someone needs to let them know this is Texas, it’s inexcusable that they don’t have Dr Pepper. In my books, that costs them a whole star. I hope they enjoy the Mello Yello.
