The Lodge At Baybrook

this is by far the dirtiest, most over charged complex I’ve ever lived in. There are constant robberies. The office staff never and I mean never ever drive the property. Beer cans are a norm around here in the parking lot and grass area. dog crap clean up is not enforced. there for you will see it constantly on the sidewalks and parking lot. The girls in the office sit on their asses and do nothing. There was a mugging at the mall last night and the police swat team and k 9 unit were here for 3 hours and no one was allowed in our out so if you had to come home you couldn’t. The cheapest appliances are installed and if you want good air conditioning forget it. paid the highest I’ve ever paid on electricity here. Avg is $ 180.00 for a one bedroom. Atleast 12 neighbors we know are disgusted by this dump and the on site officer to call will never answer and don’t bother leaving messages. they never get returned. even when your being followed late at night walking from your car. you are told just to advise the office if it happens again and when you do then your told to call that on site officer that won’t answer your call. you will not feel safe here I can promise you that but if you like late night loud parties at the pool and cigarette butts and beer cans and dog crap everywhere oh and the homeless man who showers at the outdoor shower. then you’ll love it. if you like normal, safe and flan grounds then you need not bother.

These apartment look nice from the outside but the people running them are a joke. I currently live here and there is so much going on here that they don’t care to pay attention to. There is no on-​site security and so many break ins. So many tenants walking around smoking weed that every time you walk outside you smell it. They have a theater that had never been open to anyone other than their employees, but they advertise its for the tenants. They close the gym and clubhouse at 5 pm so no working tenant can use them. The pool table has no pool sticks and the gym equipment is all broken. I even heard there was a sex trafficking bust a few months ago here. I can’t wait to move the heck out of this dump! I strongly do not recommend anyone move here!!!
