If you are not a regular customer, don’t plan on a good job. For that matter, don’t plan on it getting done at all. I just bought a house and my seller used this company to do a move out clean. I was told to be at the house at 8am. They didn’t show. When they finally did, they didn’t even finish the job. I went to check on the house and noticed several things were not done. When I called about it, it was only then that they told me they hadn’t finished and they would have to reschedule for another day. Unfortunately, the reason they were scheduled on the day they were, is because movers were coming the next day. Unfortunately, they didn’t bother to even sweep the floors, let alone clean them, as they were paid to do. So here I go to my house to clean the floors A+ were supposed to have already cleaned…

This is the best maid service i have ever used and i have been burned many times. The first time i had someone clean my house, they stole my jewelry. The next company barely cleaned at all. Needless to say, i was a little weary to offer another maid company a chance, but my love of clean toilets that were not made that way by me got me to try A+ maid service.
The first time i came home after a cleaning I literally teared up a little. My house was immaculate! Even my three-​year-​old was amazed by how clean everything was. I have them come once per month and have NEVER been disappointed!
There has only been one small issue that came up over the course of the last six months. On one occassion, while they were cleaning the ceiling fan one of the blades broke off. The manager called me right away, offered to pay for a new fan or give me a free cleaning. She was very apologetic and courteous. i opted for the free cleaning which i received the following month. It was all handled very well and i was entirely satisfied with the outcome.
Overall, i feel that A+ Maid Service is an excellent company and I recommend them to my friends and anyone else looking for a cleaning company. A+ maids have made my life better and me happier. i love them!!!
