Maid in Frisco

We use Candi’s team to clean our home monthly for over 2 years. She is professional, and communicates extremely well. Typically they send the same person to clean the house, which allows us to build rapport and get a better overall cleaning experience.
They leave our home looking and smelling cleaner. Our kids have allergies, so we are very picky about who cleans our home, as dust/​dirt removal is a matter of the health of our kids.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Maid in Frisco to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, professional, and punctual maid service.

I’m blown away by the reviews that have anything over 2 stars. Maybe it was the maid we got but we basically had an empty house that needed to be cleaned and it was left in almost the same condition it started out. We were moving in from previous tenants. I asked our maid to clean the blinds, windows, floors, countertops, inside and outside cabinets, toliets, doors, the top of shelves in closets and tubs. Paid her for 4 hrs worth of cleaning and everything was was still caked with dirt after she left. Tried to call the company several times, left messages and every call has been ignored. Realizing now that I was scammed by this company and I’ll be sure to review them on every single publication I find. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. Pictures prove just the amount of dirt caked on, obviously not touched. By the way, I’m 7 months pregnant and ended up scrubbing the place on my own hands and knees. What does that say about their employees?

I am very happy with the service I received. Initially I had an issue, but they straightened that out for me. Frankly I think that says a lot about them. Everyone can and does make mistakes, it’s how you address them that matters. Thanks for helping us keep the house in shape.

I have loved working with Maid in Frisco for almost a year now on a weekly basis. I love that all the products are organic and I never have to worry about it bothering my sons asthma the way other cleaners do. The pricing is fantastic, I think I saw a reviewer say it was cash only but that is not the case. I can do cash, check, or card just like any other place. The level of quality has exceeded my expectations, and that’s saying something because I’ve gone through several services over the years and often have paid more for lower quality. But that’s not what makes a 5 star review– because honestly getting a clean house is to be expected. Five stars is when a company provides above and beyond your expectations. What really earned the 5^th star in my book was the owner Candi and her commitment to customer service. I have her cell and know I am not only welcomed, but ENCOURAGED to call the moment I have a problem. I know it will be fixed even if she has to personally come do it herself. She is bonded and insured and most importantly invested in her clients so I know that even if the worst happens it will be handled correctly. That peace of mind is invaluable, especially when you are having people into the privacy of your home. She is not only reactive to any need I express but PROACTIVE by giving me a call each month just to check and make sure everything is to my liking. I’ve had several friends sign up with her as well and I never hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

I want to start the review by saying Candi, the owner is absolutely amazing. She came over and met us for the consultation and is very personable and professional (also had us cracking up). She is also easy to contact. Not too often you have the owner of the business’ cell phone number and are told to use it anytime.
The first deep clean was reasonably priced — much less than another service we have used. They also offer a small discount if you pay cash instead of check. They came and cleaned one day while the hubs and I were at work. We came home to a refreshingly clean house. We weren’t smacked at the door by the smell of chemicals and strong cleaning supplies. They pride themselves on organic products. We are expecting our first child in May so this is very important to us.
All the blinds, fans and surfaces were dusted clean; carpets vaccuumed; hard floors swept and mopped; kitchen appliances all clean and shiny; beds made; all parts of the bathroom were spotless.
The ONLY reason I am giving four stars instead of 5 is because I am super picky, and there were some small details that were missed. Candi is very concerned with feedback and wanted us to tell her exactly what we liked/didn’t like. We love this about her. The hubs and I are excited for them to come back! We love coming home to a clean house!!!

After using maid in Frisco, Sherry is who cleaned my home both times, I am left less than impressed and feeling on the verge of taken advantage of. The first time Sherry came out she was at my home cleaning by herself for only an hour and 15 min. when I arrived back with her cash she was waiting in the car. When I went it is was obvious she did not take her time or abide by the 61 point guarantee they pride themselves in on their website. I send Candi and email since she is whom I had dealt with up until them, and responded quickly letting me know they would send someone different next time and make sure they reviewed the 61 point guarantee. Not only did the same girl show up, Sherry, but after she cleaned the second time it was almost worse than the first, among many things she left water rings on the coffee table tray… that should not be something that is missed especially when she only took an hour this time. Candi is nice and attentive, but sounds like she needs to re — evaluate her staff.

Excellent customer service, excellent cleaning, excellent business owner. It’s been YEARS since I’ve come across someone this passionate about their business and their customers. It’s very refreshing to have such great service. Always on time, always does a great job. AND the owner really wants your feedback, truthfully, she is a very honest, hard-​working lady and the girls she has cleaning my house are FABULOUS!!! Thank you Cindy for your A++++++ business, my family and I really appreciate you.

Used once, and only once… Mis-​scheduled 2x, then when they came they did a very poor job. Yes, candi is nice, but she needs to more closely watch some of her employees.

We used Maid in Frisco for almost a year — and were VERY pleased with them! Candi makes sure the job is done right the first time. They cover a lot of ground in EVERY cleaning, so the house always sparkled when they were done (they also left us 2 pieces of chocolate and a thank you note each time — not sure if they still do that).
When we sold our house, we had them out to do our move-​out cleaning. It was FANTASTIC! Everything was spotless (I hope the new owners appreciated it!).
Now, we’re back with them for cleaning our new place. We just got hooked on the personal attention and the great work they do — who wants to spend the weekends cleaning when Maid in Frisco can do it well and for a VERY reasonable price???
I saw the unhappy comments below, and I doubt that is the majority. Candi is VERY easy to work with and does whatever she can to make it a positive relationship. Give them a try — you won’t be disappointed!

Poor communication and service with this company. Wanted to use them, had some issues with scheduling, and they bailed. Went with another company who does an excellent job.

The maids are friendly and come on time. I’ve used other maid services in the past that were a little cheaper, but I needed a cleaning service I can count on.
I’m okay paying a little more for professional service. Overall, I give them 5 stars because they do what they say they’re going to do.
