I am leaving this review to let other people know that they can trust this shop with their garments. I had a formal gown hemmed and repaired for my daughter’s wedding, and the work was done perfectly and on time. After the long search for the perfect dress, you get a little nervous leaving it with someone whose work you don’t know, and it’s a bit of a gamble, wondering whether the job will be done right, or you’ll end up with a ruined garment. But rest assured, this is a quality operation, with courteous, polite, and helpful staff, in a clean and tidy shop. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

I’m rating based on my service for a formal dress alteration for NYE. I was looking for same day service (well in this case within a couple of hours actually!) and they did not disappoint. It was about $ 30 which I think is reasonable for same day service.

I used this tailor based on the reviews on Unilocal.Have to say that they lived up to the expectation. These tailors tailored my suit so that it fit. I needed my trousers and coat sleeves altered. They gave great recommendations based on my arm length as well as the length of my legs so that it fit properly. Just walking in, it felt as if they knew what they were doing. I will bring them more items to alter.

Went to this tailor for the first time and was very pleased with the customer serviced I had with them. Someone is always at the front to greet you and also is very honest with you. The owner was very nice and friendly and told me stuff I needed to do and not up charge me like the tailors around Frisco. If you want to go to a good tailor then you should come here very recommended.

Very happy with the service provided! I was referred over to A Plus Tailor by a friend. I had a bridesmaids dress I needed altered and was in a time crunch before the wedding date. The dress came out perfect and it was ready in no time. I will definitely keep coming back, highly recommend them!

This place is run by a very nice Korean couple who have been doing this for quite a long time. There’s usually not a lot of people at the joint, so he has time to measure you out properly. He takes his time and gets your input for whatever you want, shows you what it’ll look like, and then make some more suggestions for what you’ll need to do additionally so that the suit is proportional.
One thing I wish he would do with customers would be to give some more actual advice for what looks good when you’re standing in the mirror with him. He gives you all the options, but if you’re not experienced, all the options can kind of fly over your head.
Execution is on point with whatever you tell him, so it’s imperative you tell him right. I’ve only done one suit here so far, so I don’t know what exactly
I’d say this place is a 3.5 spot, but I’ll give it to ‘em.

I can only review part I of my experience, as I’ve only dropped some clothing off for tailoring. The ladies who did all the pinning for my alterations were super speedy and everything was PINNED exactly how I hope it looks. Price-​wise I found them to be affordable. Much cheaper than going out and buying a new wardrobe, that’s for sure! I noticed they can do alterations really quick when you’re in a pinch. I told them «no hurry» which I now regret because I’m DYING to see how everything looks! Oh well — in two weeks I’ll get to pick up my stuff… at which time I’ll update this review. So far, so good!

I have been here a handful of times now and they can transform pieces in no time.
Alterations are never cheap, but they seem to work with you a little on the price. I feel like they make everything fit just right. THey are non-​judging and help everyone in the exact same manor.
I think this establishment is well run and I hope they are in business for a super long time.
They give a 10% discount for cash payments.

They ruined a new pant suit by cutting off 2 more inches of the hem than they were suppose too. I would never trust my clothes to them again! Horrible!

I’ve been a customer of A Plus for a while and I’m pretty satisfied with them. They do alterations for just about every occasion. I’ve had several formal/​cocktail dresses altered here and this last one was greatness. I bought a size 10 strapless cocktail dress with ruching on the sides that was so so so cute… only problem was I’m not nearly close to a size 10, more like a size 2. They fixed it to where it’s my perfect dress! I dropped off the dress on Monday night and picked it up Friday night, tried it on and everything looked gorgeous.
They also do shoe repair and embroidery but I haven’t used those services yet.
