The store seemed nice and well kept, but understaffed. And the staff that was there was unprofessional. I stood waiting for 10 minutes(with a major line forming behind me) before the girl behind the counter had the brilliant idea to call for back up. I had a return and since I was running the errand for someone else, didn’t have a receipt. However, I know you can look it up by card. This was apparently a huge ordeal for the lady who was called up to help me. I watched her and all she had to do was slide the card and scan each item. She kept sighing the entire time and basically threw the card back at me when she was done. She was very cold throughout the entire transaction. I’m sorry you’re annoyed that I’m making you do your job, what a rough life you must live.

This was a great first-time experience for me. I love been looking for workout clothes that fit and wear well. Lululemon is ok, but I can never find a sports bra that fits right. I walked out of Athleta with two new sports bras, two new pairs of workout pants, a workout top, and comfy sweatshirt. Jackie with Athleta was welcoming from the minute I walked in the store. She asked if I was looking for anything in particular, listened as I outlined my concerns, and made recommendations from there. She was incredibly attentive without being pushy. There are so many great options in this store! I was ready for some sticker-shock, but once you try on the clothes, you realized how great the quality and fits are. There also a causal wear section, but I’ll have to return another day to browse. Thanks, Jackie and Athleta!

I love this store! The clothes are made so well and the material is so soft. I love that the sizes are TRUE sizes unlike Lulu. A small here is a small! This location has a decent selection. If you can’t find your size they can order it for you if the other stores in the area don’t have it. If you’re looking for a sales rack it’s in the back where the dressing rooms are. They keep it hidden. The staff is hit or miss. Some are so friendly and some are down right rude.
