Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention the terrible job this girl did. She only got to one eyebrow before I stood up and left. I wish I never went there! Save yourself!

The place was clean and the people were nice but she butchered one of my eyebrows and took a chunk out of it so now they are obviously uneven. This is the worst brow threading job I’ve ever had, and I would never go back here.

I love this place! Every time I come in here, I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The ladies are always so friendly and seem very appreciative of your business. I usually always get the same woman who threads my brows. I can’t remember her name :-(but she is such a sweetheart. The pricing is not bad at all. It’s located in Stonebriar on the first floor. next to Dillard’s. Kind of hidden, but once you find it, it’s definitely worth it. Sometimes I stroll up in here shortly before closing time, but they never rush or act upset that I did. Very nice. I am so glad I gave this place a chance, and will probably be back again and again!

I’ve gotten so many compliments when I get my eyebrows done here. I like my eyebrows pretty thick and they do a great job maintaining that. I’ve been to 2 of the ladies there and they consistently do a clean job. I never have to worry about one eyebrow not matching the other.
