I have to agree with the other reviews. I walked in, and asked for a recommendation from the m’am working the cashier. She pretty much points to the menu above her… Alright. So I order a Strawberry nutty crêpe and a caramel milk tea. The service was fairly fast, but the food wasn’t all that great. The creeps only had taste from the whip cream, and the Boba wasn’t anything special. Both cost about $ 8. Somewhat reasonable considering the nice area. Overall, if I’m ever in the area again, I’m going to look for a different tea house.

Today was my first time here! I was brought by one of my friends. Such a dear German couple as owners! Delicious food and drinks! Lovely atmosphere! ALERT: The place is closing in 2 weeks! The couple is planning on moving to Seattle so no more Café Flair for us anymore. :-(

I have not read the reviews before I went to this place. Now that I have read them; I do have to agree with the other reviewers that the owner(lady) is not as friendly as an owner should be. No smile, no greeting, no ‘thank you’. I asked about what kind of milk tea it is, she hesitated to answer. Despite the service, I would recommend the bubble milk tea and the nutella crêpe. The milk tea has a special strong tea flavor. Not the usual plain Hong Kong style. Not water down at all. $ 2.85 + $ 0.35 for bubbles. Not bad. The bubbles were perfectly cooked; not raw; not overcooked and perfect among of chewiness. The crêpe was freshly made in front of us. The smell alone was worth the price. $ 3.69. My kid gobbled down almost the whole crêpe by herself. She is 3 years old. I would definitely stop by again when I go around that area of town. Go and give it a try. Expect yummy bubbles and crêpe. Great combo!~ On a Sunday afternoon, there were 2 other tables when we were there. No wait. Quick service.

This place does not deserve any stars! I came here because my favorite places for bobba tea was closed(labor say) so i decided to come here since it was just a few blocks down. BADIDEA! They are not friendly at all, the old crusty woman(maybe owner) does not greet you. You ask her what sizes they have(for teas), they don’t say one word, the old crusty woman just points at the cups, very rude. Never had this bad of customer service. I also paid for three teas, only gave me two, but I didn’t even care, just wanted to leave that place. PLUSTHETEASWERENOTGOODATALL!!! They don’t deserve my money. NEVERNEVERNEVEREVERGOINGBACK!!!

I read several reviews that said the owners were rude and unfriendly. I didn’t find this to be true. The lady at the counter seems to have a heavy accent and maybe that’s why she comes off that way? They were fine to us. We selected this location because of the bubble tea. We live an hour north and don’t have any place that serves bubble tea. I had coconut tea with bubbles, my husband a blended thai tea with bubbles. Both were great, and have sealed up lids, which is kinda cool. The prices of the drinks seemed similar to other places we have had similar drinks. I had the banana nutella crêpe, my husband had apple cinnamon. They were ready in a couple of minutes, looked perfect and tasted amazing! You get exactly what you order. Again, prices seemed reasonable in comparison to like items at other places. We will for sure be back!

Don’t be quick to judge someone from another culture who may not exude southern hospitality in the way you expect. Great atmosphere with clean facilities. I enjoyed my food and the presentation was great! I had«the favorite» and«the nutty strawberry». So happy to have found a crêpe place!

Love this place, been here several times and love the crepes. It’s a great place, it’s family own and service is always quick.

I’ve been a couple times for their bubble tea smoothie. The smoothies with the«bubbles» are amazing but the staff… I would expect them to be friendly since each time we come in, we’re the only people in there. Every time we go in or drive by, there’s no one there. It’s a nice place but the employees are what ruin the experience for me. :(

This place would be 3 star if the service was better. I honestly don’t know how this place has survived so long. We are always the only customer and maybe one person will walk in while we are there. I have been here 8 – 10 times since they opened. The crepes are good and my kids eat up the savory crepes so I would actually prefer to come here. The pesto crêpe is my favorite savory crêpe. It is a touch costly and could have the price bumped down by 50 cents. The drinks are ok. We ordered a strawberry smoothie(has milk) which was just a slushie(no milk). Anyways, the reason the star got taken away is that the owners who work at their own store never smile, they never greet you(not even a ‘what can I get you’), and never say thanks. They pretty much just stare at you. We never feel welcomed there or that they appreciate us being there. We are good customers– our kids aren’t loud, they don’t leave the table, we take our trash to the bins and clean up after ourselves. Not sure why they have this attitude.

I wasn’t a fan of the crêpe, but I don’t think I like crêpe’s period. Something about the texture doesn’t do it for me. I thought they were supposed to be a little bit crunchy on the outside? I guess I have a confused idea of what they actually are! However, I loved my bubble smoothie! I had the strawberry banana with bubbles and it was perfect! Just the right amount of creaminess and flavor. I will certainly be back for a yummy smoothie, and maybe to try a different type of crêpe!(The chicken and spinach did sound pretty darn good!)

Came here before training at Next Generation MMA for something quick to eat and that was a mistake! The food is bland and just tastes horrible. On top of that, it upset my belly.

Just visited the hubster in Plano for lunch. I am 9 months pregnant and was craving crepes… found this place and took a chance despite hit-or-miss Unilocal reviews. LOVED it! Prices are extremely reasonable. For two savory crepes it was only $ 13, and these crepes are a perfect lunch size! I had the crêpe bechamel(ham, cheese, egg, onions, bechamel sauce) and it was just delicious. My husband had the provence(chicken, pesto, egg) and he loved his, too. We enjoyed our savory crepes so much that before we were done, hubs went back up to the counter and ordered us a banana nutella crêpe to share. It was awesome! Honestly, the flavors in that banana nutella crêpe were similar to crepes we’d had in Paris… the only difference was the ones in Paris are served in a hand-held shape in foil and maybe have a bit more nutella on them. SOGOOD. I also got a taro milk tea with bubbles to go(pregnant, remember). I’m from the San Francisco bay area(the land of ample places to buy bubble tea), and this didn’t quite measure up to what I’ve had back in CA, but it was good enough, considering there are zero places to buy bubble tea in Dallas proper. The large size lasted from the moment we left Café Flair and all through my drive back down to Dallas, and there was plenty of boba, all the way to the last sip. The only thing I’d skip, I think, is the bubble tea. But if you are in Frisco/Plano and looking for excellent crepes, you must try this place! You won’t be disappointed.

Don’t know what went wrong. This time when I got there, the lady(owner) was not too friendly. No smile, no acknowledgement. I asked for a taro drink with bubbles and she gave me a taro drink+ bubbles but with solid ice. I hate the inconsistency of this place. Last few times when I was there, she gave me blended ice with Taro drink. Do i have to give her specific instruction every time when I order? The Taro drink was watered down since there were so much ice in the cup. I am not impress. The drink was expensive and I think I won’t go back for a while.

CRAPES! First things first the crapes are excellent. You cant go wrong with any of the Savory selections! Now my favorite part they bring your food out FAST. You can come in during the breakfast/lunch rush and not be stuck waiting 30 mins for your food.

Ended up at Café Flair after stopping at The Cheesecake Factory for breakfast but they don’t open until 11:00. what’s up with that on a Saturday? Not too hard to find as others said, across from Genghis Grill in the large shopping center. Appears to be a mom/pop place although not very welcoming nor helpful when it came to ordering. If you are there for breakfast, don’t order off the menu over the counter… look at one of the paper menus on the tables as that has their breakfast crepes in it. They did not tell us this and we saw it once we had already ordered and sat down. We both ordered teas unsweetened and mentioned that we wanted sweet-n-low and the lady nodded but when we got to the station for sugar, etc… there was no sweet-n-low offered. only sugar, brown sugar, equal and splenda… again, not helpful. I had the Nova Lox and my friend had the turkey pesto. While they were both alright, I still would have rather had breakfast. Seems that this place is a bit of a creperie, boba tea shop, smoothie place. In my opinion, trying to be good at too many things and not really overly successful at any. Probably would not visit again as nothing was a stand out.

This place was difficult to find as many have quoted. I did make a note of some of the shops around — opposite to the kids art studio and next to Cotton Patch Café. After a couple of minutes trying to figure out what we wanted, we settled on Nova Lox — smoked salmon crêpe and Banana Nutella crêpe. The smoked salmon was a hit with my hubby. The Banana Nutella was sweet but not too sweet which was nice with the banana. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast on a rainy Sunday morning along with the hazelnut bubble tea. The service is warm and friendly. The interiors are bright and they have wi-fi and magazines stocked up. Will definitely go there again to try more items on their menu.

It seems like crepes are getting pretty popular these days so with this one being so close to home, I was excited to come check it out. It is kinda tucked away in the shopping center so just look for the genghis grill and you should be able to find it. I got the Chicken Supreme and split a Strawberry Cheesecake Crêpe with my girlfriend, also grabbed a taro smoothie with exploding boba. The food was just alright. Both crepes were fine but they didn’t stand out at all. They were also kinda small compared to some of the crepes I’ve seen at other places, they’re very thin and there is not much filling inside. The variety of crepes is also fairly limited. I was expecting to see more menu options than what was presented. The Boba smoothie was fine and I give them extra points for having exploding boba on hand. Still, I just wasn’t overly impressed with it. I’d say if you are in the area and in the mood for a crêpe, its worth a visit. Just don’t go out of your way for it.

Although a cold ambience with the concrete floor, some great crepes and smoothies await behind the counter. Two dozen smoothies and drinks to choose from, as well as over 15 crepes, including what I had today– the delicious Banana Nutella crêpe. Warning: this place is hard to find. It’s right across the street from Genghis Grill, to the north.

I’ll be back here to try more. I got a Spinach Lasagna with Turkey Crêpe and it was delicious. Even though it was to go, it was still plated beautifully when I opened the box. I also got Honey Dew Milk bubble tea. They do have more than what’s on the menu in the photos section. There are now tons of breakfast items, milk teas, seasonal(pumpkin and such) items, etc.). I give it 4⁄5 stars because the staff wasn’t very welcoming. It was a very«what do you want? ok» type of environment. I expected the atmosphere to be more like a local coffee shop I guess. It could have just been a slow day for them though. I don’t have anything to compare the food to, as this was my first real crêpe and bubble tea experience.

I think crêpe is the next new trend after the frozen yogurt thing die out… the thing is… non of these crêpe places really knows how to make authentic crepes!!! it’s all american dumb it down food! ugh this place is not bad and I dont have any complaints… I had a turkey pesto for breakfast after stopping by Ikea. It was in the area so I thought, why not! My turkey pesto crêpe was good but it wasnt good enough for me to go back and get it again. I also got a nutella crêpe to go with strawerries on top. They put too much nutella in my crêpe and it was over powering the strawberries. It’s a good place to go to and try crêpe since there’s not that many around… yet!
