Chicken Express used to be one of my favorite fried chicken until I went to this one. This place needs a store manager or someone with customer service experience. It took them 40 minutes to get my ToGo order done(8 pcs of chicken and 6 pcs of livers-that’s it!!) not to mention that I asked them to double check if my order was ready otherwise who knows when It would be ready!!! AND5 customers behind me already got their orders and left. I don’t think I’ll be back to this place again.

Great addition to the neighborhood. Service and quality are great. My really love Chicken Express because their employees seem to always be so friendly and so above and beyond. Which is not really something you expect or see often at a fast food joint, so it is much appreciated. I recommend! I usually only get the strips with a side of Mac and cheese. Their sweet tea is the best ever! Also, try the corn nuggets… soooo tasty!

Excited that they opened a place so close to home. We had never been to chicken express so I was a little concerned(I’m not one for trying new things) but was pleasantly surprised. We go there all the time now. They have NEVER messed up an order or made us wait forever. Plus the employees seem happy to be there they are always personable and have a big smile :)

This place just opened recently, and we were wanting to see how it fared compared to Golden Chick and PDQ. Look for the dine-in special on the board(3 tenders, 1 side, 1 drink for a little over $ 5)…not sure how often they have it. Tenders were decent and the meat actually had the best flavor out of some of the other places nearby here that sell chicken tenders. My wife really likes crispy/crunchy fries, and so she really enjoyed the fries here(I prefer soggy fries, so did not enjoy them as much). In the end, we both felt Chicken Express was better than Golden Chick(we’ve never understood the hype around Golden Chick)…and when we compare value versus quality… I’d have to give Chicken Express a slight edge over PDQ — even though I prefer the PDQ fries because they seem to be soggier there.
