Love this place. The workers are very friendly. Love their vegan zucchini bread and the fact that they have almond milk!

Coffee is good. Baked goods are good. It is always freezing inside though and you can not relax inside. I have asked on 2 separate occasions for them to at least turn the fans off but they ignored me.

We have stopped coming. It is so slow. This morning 3 people are here. Only 1 working. Took 18 minutes to get 2 drinks. I asked and«oh the others are in the back». Really? Someone who worked at Starbucks needs to run this place.

This place is my go-to in north Dallas. Cute little coffee shop — a great local neighborhood place that uses Oak Cliff roasters. Really great drip coffee. Good espresso-based drinks. Good pastries and desserts. Even a little ice cream. Balances craft coffee without being a total hipster place. Plus they have a drive-through, which scores major points.

I LOVE their coffee and splurge on the peach/blueberry bars a little more often than I should. I usually take the drive thru, but I meet a friend for coffee every so often. Great stuff and good service! I’ve been going there for a few years and don’t have anything negative.

Finding a non-Starbucks coffee establishment in northern Frisco has traditionally proven to be a hard task. In fact, we are still on the hunt for a really good, independent coffee shop to frequent. So if you know of one please let me know. That’s where this shop comes into play. The atmosphere is a little strange, a mix of a Starbucks and a cake shop, but a little higher end. Lots of seats though, and different areas to choose from, which might be nice for working. It feels a little like a gift shop though, and less like a coffee house. The coffee was very good. I ordered a mocha cappuccino and my SO ordered an almond milk cappuccino, both came out wonderful. The milk on either drink was not burnt. Lots of great froth and really good flavor. I’m looking forward to coming back and getting to know the place a little better. Overall, worth stopping by if you need a good coffee!

Just went here for the first time. Took awhile to get waited on. Just ordered two drinks and a bakery treat. Got the drinks and the girl who waited on me left the store. Waited at the counter for the bakery item and still couldn’t get help. We left disappointed and without our complete order. Update: John this was not a bogus review. I know this is a busy time of year for people to be out and about. We are not looking to get a refund. Hopefully our next experience will render a better experience. Thank you.

Coffee N Cream ruined my wedding cake. I didn’t expect amazing, I didn’t expect to be blown away, I just expected to get a cake that I could enjoy for my wedding. What I tasted at the cake tasting and what I received for my wedding cake were not the same. The cake I received was dry, tasteless, and had a bad after taste. As a concerned and upset customer I returned the cake the same day but was told that they couldn’t do anything for me. When I spoke with the owner John I was met with the same resistance. This company doesn’t care about customers. They only care about taking your money and denying you any compensation. I tried to contact the other owner Mary but she seems to be avoiding my calls and emails. We weren’t asking for a full refund, only asking for a small replacement cake. Something we could enjoy and replace the empty memories we have from our wedding. We were told they wouldn’t do anything for us and that we received the cake that we ordered. Robots and factory workers, that’s who we were dealing with and we didn’t even know it. I was hoping for someone to understand our concern and to understand how important our day was to us but we instead were thought of as annoying. Please avoid letting these people ruin your special day, get your cake some other place.

Love this place! I have been alternating between here and Starbucks since I discovered it. Their Bakery treats are super yummy. And I love their lattes. I think their Chai Tea Latter is better than Starbucks! Definitely will keep coming back.

I would have given this place an even higher review, but had an issue happen with a cake order. Let me first discuss about the pros on this place: –The service is outstanding. The people who work there are so nice and helpful. I haven’t had a bad experience with customer service there at all. –The«birthday cake» cake balls are fantastic. –If you are looking for cake designs, they are fantastic and the cake was REALLY good. The cake I ordered for my daughter’s birthday was a hit. Now for the cons: –It is a bit pricey for cake/cake ball orders, if that matters to you. –The biggest con: I went to pick-up my cake and I couldn’t see the side of it with my daughter’s name because of how it was in the box. I guess I should have made them open it to inspect, but it looked okay. When I got home and we were about the start the party, we opened the cake and my daugher’s name was spelt wrong. Thank GOODNESS I have a very talented sister-in-law that took charge by taking a knife and slowly removing the extra letter and took a fondant circle and placed it over so it wasn’t too bad looking. It was upsetting, but management made it up for me.

Good coffee and good environment. I really like the assortment of foods. They have ice cream, coffee, cupcakes, pastries, cookies, and gelatos! The service is friendly and there is sufficient seating. It has great proximity to a lot of great places like target, kumon, and sports clips. It is a great way to enjoy a small break from a hectic day. I like the varieties and the smell in the air!

Strayed from my usual coffee order of iced americanos and tried a regular caffe latte with hazelnut. Just took my first sip and delighted by the warm creamy froth the barista took time to make really well. Also tried the cinnamon coffee cake baked fresher and warmed. I wouldn’t eat this in the car but plated to enjoy inside listening to good music, yes! While I didn’t have my 2 year old with me today, I really like they have a separate area/table activity for kids. As someone who often works on my laptop at coffee shops, kiddos in this setting can get loud. Well thought out for this place to have a separate area. You could likely have a brief business meeting, girl-time, quick family brunch stop at Coffee-n-Cream. Big parties of more than 4 you might sit outside of its not too hot. Will come back!!! Wish it was closer to where I live. Could see me being a regular here.

A REAL coffee shop in Frisco! Competent employees who know their coffee. They will make a pour-over for you.(Mine was made in a Chemex, not sure if that’s the only option) They sell fresh, locally-roasted coffee from Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters. Delicious pastries, Blue Bell(temporarily Henry’s) Ice Cream. What more can you ask for?

Small chain like coffee shop with a small patio. What sets this place apart is all muffins and all other pastries are baked in house daily but especially the very cool and friend baristas. Plus the drip coffee is excellent.

Hmmmmmm. I thought that I had been here before and was in the area and decided to come by and get some java to go! I love that they have a drive thru! I got a seasonal roast with almond milk. They also have soy milk if you need it! The coffee was very watery :(it was not my kind of cup of joe! I won’t try this place again, sorry!

I don’t understand why people go to the big coffee chain when they can come here! This place is SO much better than Starbucks. It’s not even close. Now, I will say that I don’t drink coffee. BUT, I am an avid and picky hot chocolate fan and I(of course) love desserts. This is the best place for both. Their hot chocolate is the best around. I order the non-fat, no-whip hot chocolate and it is perfect. Doesn’t taste burnt or not mixed up. It’s exactly how it should taste! The atmosphere is relaxing with comfy chairs. You can linger. I don’t feel rushed or claustrophobic. FREEWIFI! It is a great place for a business meeting. I know, because I’ve had a couple here. Just a great coffee shop. From my avid coffee fans — it is also the best for coffee!
