Ordered cookie fudge sundae. Asked for extra chocolate sauce that they use. They asked if I wanted hot fudge on the cookie. I said no. Got charged extra and hot fudge on my sundae.

Don’t be in line at 937 they will shut you down and say sorry we just closed. They don’t care if you have been in line since lunch. Too bad too sad my thoughts ummmm these employees are okay they just want to get off on time or the manager don’t want to pay any O/​T. Lesson learned

It’s been years since I’ve been to a Dairy Queen so had I known this before hand we wouldn’t have even come… but my daughter noticed she didn’t get any pickles on her hamburger so when I went to ask for a couple pickles they informed me it would be 54 cents!

Picked up an ice cream cake that was not only decorated beautifully but was delicious. Dairy Queen was spotless with very friendly service. It’s now my only place for ice cream and ice cream cake!

I am highly disappointed. I will not be returning. I left my house because I was craving a Blizzard. I went via drive-​thru & couldn’t believe that I had paid $ 4 for such a small amount of ice cream. They barely covered the bottom of the cone. I have never received such a small amount at other locations. If I had, I wouldn’t be a Dairy Queen customer. I was too upset to bother making the circle through the drive-​thru to complain. Next time, I’ll just stop at Sonic.

This Dairy Queen is surely missing something. I would say it is not like the Texas stop sign dairy queens we grew up with that you find in the small town scattered throughout Texas. It is more of a corporate approach. It all comes down to a blizzard. It’s hit or miss. One time you order one it’s soft and already melted, another it’s served upside down and seems good but let’s very quickly. It’s like they’ve skimped on the ice cream mixture for something cheaper. It doesn’t seem to even have the right flavor, almost flavorless. Their soft serve use to be good even plain. Last two stops have been poor. Both times all blizzard candy flavoring (candy) has been buried at the bottom of the cup like it wasn’t mixed properly leaving you with boring on top and too rich to enjoy on bottom. Problem is it’s the only good ice cream (blizzard) fix for miles. Hope they can get it right soon or I’ll have to just avoid this location.

My wife ate here the other day and she got sick from their food. I returned later and decided to go in instead of using the drive up window. The kitchen area is filthy, the floors are dirty and the entire place just looks nasty.
On the flip side, we have a great experience in their drive in window and the ice cream served there is quiet good.
Would not order something from this place that is not frozen.

Love the ice cream options here. Orange Julius enough said on that one. The Dude, Hungrybuster, tacos and on and on. DQ is a TX staple.

I brought my boys here after school… and they were great to us! My sons have autism, and can be unruly at times… they didn’t think twice. They were sweet to my boys. and didn’t miss a blink bringing them their ice cream. The I’ve cream was great and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We’ll be back.

The staff is inconsiderate and do not listen to what you order. I ordered a waffle come blizzard and they instead gave me a med. blizzard, then after I had said I ordered a waffle cone blizzard the girl asked plain or dipped, I said plain. Obviously her not listening, she handed me a dipped blizzard cone that she had used the blizzard from the cup (which now was melting in the cone into my lap and making a mess) and a small cup with the rest in it. The fact she got the order wrong twice from not listening was rude, and the fact they did not care that it was dripping was inconsiderate. Never going to this Dairy Queen again!

I always dine in so I don’t know how it is here with drive through. My favorite is the steak finger basket and its always consistently good. Staff is friendly and helpful and the place here is always clean.

I don’t have an issue with the food — it is typical Dairy Queen fare. We go there for the ice cream /​blizzards and are still right on mark, but they are very slow and still cannot keep up with even the smallest surge in traffic.
My biggest gripe, however, is twice now we have done dine-​in and there has been a child (7 – 8 year old) of a worker who is left unattended while her mom works. The girl talked to us at great length (distracting but we did feel sorry for her). Seems this is a regular thing since she had a full spread of toys on the table. I cannot imagine how management thinks this is safe or proper. We will not being going back.

Really people, Really. A line down Preston Road for Dairy Queen. I know we all feel nostalgic at some point in our lives but this place is nothing to write home about. I would rather have back the old long john silvers /​A&W that used to be in this location.

I had a difficult time trying to determine a rating for this Dairy Queen. The food and Blizzards are awesome but their staff leave a lot to be desired. I don’t know if they were just caught unaware of the popularity of the place, but they don’t cope well.
Everytime I order a blizzard it has ice cream running down the sides and it is sticky. They never offer napkins or to clean it off. The Blizzard always tastes great.
I will continue to go there when I am craving a blizzard but I will make sure I take my own napkins.
