I give 4 stars because no place is perfect. I moved to the Frisco area last year. I tried a couple cleaners. This place has been good and continues to give good service. I recommend this establishment. Tip, always inspect your clothing. Let them know if there is a stain or other. Enjoy.

I was using this place for a few weeks and I thought it was convenient and reasonably priced. However, during my last trip, I picked up a set of shirts and I noticed one had a hole in a sleeve. I pointed the hole out and they denied it was them. After going back and forth with them for awhile they finally agreed to give me $ 10 for the $ 45 shirt. The shirt and my trust were in great condition until then. There are other places(nearby) north and south of this address that offer far better customer service.

Caveat Emptor — Check your receipt and if it doesnt seem right, challenge it. Having been using this cleaners for over 2 ½ yrs, I was shocked to have an overcharge today and it made me pause to think. I first was charged over $ 20 for 14 shirts, so I knew he thought 4 of them were dry clean, which I quickly told him no. he tried to insist as this«type of shirt» the buttons would get broken. I told him you guys have always broken regular shirts why is this different? It then went to $ 16 and if you know their sign, it’s $.89/shirt on Wed/Sat…seems that’s not the case if the boss isn’t around. I was given a flimsy excuse about the computer… I wanted my corrected refund then and was told it would have to wait. On my way out I told another customer(seems one of them too um-bridge with that and frankly that’s too bad… fix the problem you don’t have complaints). I came back at 3 to pickup my shirts, no acknowledgement, silence, they got my shirts and were turning me away, so I leaned in to talk with the same guy who turned me away without my refund and asked who the owner was, he pointed to a guy who frankly didn’t seem appropriate, but he scurried around trying to figure out where a refund could be and they had pre-set it aside in a drawer… knowing full well I was entitled to this. Another one of them, they gent that does hemming and alterations, raised his voice and told me I had no business telling others about the problem and frankly was snotty. If this is how you treat a customer who just wanted a correction after 2 ½ yrs, then so be it, I found a great place only a block from my new location… I drove out of my way to continue using these guys. NOMORE, never again, their lack of customer acumen tells me all I need to know… seems they need an INS visit as well. Bottom line, it ended up being an initial $ 8 overcharge, down to $ 4, and finally refunded that… that $ 8…weekly or monthly adds up… check your receipts… don’t take their word for it…

I just took two pair of pants to get hemmed at this dry cleaners. They did not hem my pants. Instead they folded up the pant leg to make a cuff and stitched it in place on two sides of the pant leg. The cuff kept coming undone and I didn’t like it so I took the stich out. That’s when I realized they didn’t hem the pants at all, but just did this half job. Their estimate for when my pants would be done was also wrong. They told me Friday and they weren’t ready until Monday. I will never use this store again.
