The waxing was fine, and I have been going to various locations for years (this one has only been open a few months), I like the concept and ease of getting reservations. But, when I was in today, the girl asked if I wanted the few hairs on my belly removed (it was 3 hairs that I never noticed) so I said sure. When I go to check out, it was a $ 14 upcharge — really? For 3 hairs? Don’t recommend it without telling me there is a charge for it. I have asked for the manager to call me, we will see. Very disappointed in today’s experience.
Update — The manager did call that night and is removing the charge. I am changing my rating back to a 4, and hope they train the waxers on «upselling» appropriatly. It is not worth it if you lose a customer.

I really enjoy the girls that do the waxing, they are very professional and make me feel comfortable each time I go. My only issue is the representatives up front seem to gossip alot about the other people that work there, and they do it in front of customers. That is very unprofessional and can make others feel uncomfortable to go in there.
