Eyes In Sight

We were just here because my father in law (who is just in town for a visit) broke his glasses and needed them fixed. Since we live close, I popped in here to see if they could fix them — it was just a loose screw. We dealt with Din, who kindly fixed them for us in under 5 minutes and at no charge.
He was super nice and definitely provided great customer service with a smile. Would definitely come here for any of your optometry needs!

After my daughter’s appointment at another clinic was cancelled last minute, eyes in sight went out of their way, above and beyond to get her in on the same day. They were so friendly and patient with my first timer, and they had great deals on frames and lenses. I will definatetly be going back and recommending my friends. My 8 year old can’t wait for her Cinderella glasses :)

I visited this office for the first time yesterday. The staff was very knowledgeable, and friendly.
The doctor took a lot of time examining my eyes, and did a very thorough job. She took the time to explain all of the tests that she was performing, and what they meant to me. She was more thorough than any doctor I had been to in the past.
I will recommend this office highly to all of my friends and family!

My experience at Eyes in Sight was wonderful! At first, I was merely dropping by to visit and get a consultation on my eye health, but after the very thorough eye examination, I have a clear picture of my eyesight and eye health!
Grace, the assistant, was very helpful and friendly as she helped with the first part of my examination. After the preliminary exam, Dr. Loan Lao came in and was extremely professional, friendly, and clear about my eye needs and prognosis. She even showed me a few options with contacts and glasses and answered all my questions about my eyes that I had. I was curious to understand different parts of the analysis, and the staff was patient in explaining each part with such clarity that I felt like I understand my eyes so much better now.
Great place to come and I highly recommend for the great and friendly service in Frisco, TX. Although I could go to any big box store place to have my eyes checked, it is nice to support a local business and have the more professional and personal help of Dr. Lao and her team; this epitomizes the idea of a family business! The staff was very patient and accommodating to all my questions and desire to try quite a few pairs of glasses before buying since this was my first new pair in over 10 years! As a result, I was able to find the best option! This place is a great deal and a find here in Frisco!!! I definitely recommend with complete confidence.
