I have to say I have never had a poor experience at this Kroger location. All staff as always been super friendly and more than willing to help. This includes everyone from the deli to the pharmacy. Always clean, tidy, and fully stocked. The recent change of the layout of the store was a bit jarring but once again all staff have been helpful in locating the proper items. Generally I am very pleased!

I’ve shopped here for over 9 years and this store is not as nice as it used to be when Dexter was the manager. The shelves are usually not stocked, food is expired, and customer service is lacking. The manager never smiles and has a rude demeanor. It is unfortunate that this store has been allowed to go downhill, because in the past it was always a nicely kept store with friendly staff.

Worst experience ever. We usually have friendly service, but stay away from the Asian lady with gray hAir. She was sooooo rude. If you hate your job, get a different one. Don’t think I will go back to that store. I will go to 423 or Legacy. They might be busy, but at least you get friendly service. Went back there today, and the lines were crazy. They hardly had any check stands open. Get a clue! I would rather go to a larger busier Kroger than this one.

Harrassing clerks. Shopping pm, bad«ammonia» smell from meat dept! Are no procedures in place on cleaning?! Shopping-a stock guy asked if I need help, oddly kept looking in my basket! 2nd «stocker» male w/glasses walked right behind for 30 seconds! NO! I asked if store was closing. meanly said, «you have a fair amount of time».(2 hrs…) Clerks usually don’t care to help or know where something is. Would expect better in a semi good area.

Giving it 1 star because I have to. I have been using this store since it opened and use it primarily because of location, but I’m done with this store. The customer service, the cleanliness and lack of product is horrendous! I was checked out by a manager, didn’t get his name, but he was a tall, bald Caucasian man. His tag said store manager, but no name on it. This is the second time he’s checked me out in the last 3 months and he is horrible! I did not get an «hello» a «how are you» and even no «thank you». I bagged my own groceries,(there were kids standing at other registers doing nothing, but he never asked them to come over). This type of behaviour is inexcusable for any cashier, let alone a manager. The store was a mess! They were out of many items… raspberries, chocolate chips, and single serve orange juice are naming just a few. The area around the salad bar was disgusting. There was food all over the area and on the floor they had bags that must soak up water as they said«caution wet floor». I keep thinking things will get better, but it hasn’t. Done with this store and will drive further to another and would definitely not recommend it to anyone!

This has been our store for 10 years. However, it has gotten worse and worse over the last couple of years & I refuse to go back. The meat department is the worst. Often you can smell it when you walk in the store. The last time I was there was the straw that broke the camel’s back… as I walked down the meat isle looking for chicken, I started noticing brown meat in the ground turkey section, the beef section, all the way down. Gross!

Let me start by saying that I have been a lifelong Publix guy since I was born and raised in FL. When I moved to Nashville Kroger was the primary place and I made it my life’s mission to destroy them. Their stores were dirty and the selection was horrible. I just moved here(Apr. ’14) and after trying another store in order to avoid Kroger I found myself doing something I thought impossible, I thought I should try Kroger. The only reason that I got to this place was because a local friend told me that this Signature version of Kroger was different. Boy is it ever. The selection, cleanliness, and quality are leaps and bounds beyond any Kroger I have ever stepped foot in. We took almost two hours to cover the store. I was thrilled that this is just down the street from our place. I love Whole Foods but the closest one is in Plano so this will do for staples. The only thing I found lacking at this store was coffee. I am a bit of a coffee snob and was hoping they would have a greater selection and perhaps even some freshly roasted stuff, but hey, I have found a couple of other spots for that. Overall, I am surprised that I will be a Kroger shopper but, as I said, this is not the Kroger I had come to know and hate.

Go to deli counter. Order deli meat and watch the confused, forgetful and possibly handicapped employees go. Just once I hope they will remember the meat and amount of cold cuts I asked for. 100% of the time they forget. I’m not sure what’s on their mind but it isn’t servicing customers.
