Leak Professionals

After playing phone tag with another leak detection company, I called Leak Professionals. They are in Frisco, but Keller is a part of his service area. I’m guessing any DFW area is. Got a hold of Mark right away, and he was able to schedule us for next day if we needed it. We instead booked an appointment for one week out. Needed to clean up swamp thing (our pool), before he came to dive it. After hearing about our problem, water loss, and symptoms, Mark described what the problem could be given our scenario. Mark talked us through the various solutions and detection services. We chose the standard, not all inclusive, and he said that if he didn’t find a leak at that time, he would have enough time to do the second part of the test. It’d save us money, in case he found the leak right away. His pricing was the best I’d found. But it’s his honesty that made me schedule him vs. the other vendors.
When Mark came out, he was on time, and even early. He was prepared, and started investigating. Turned out, he didn’t need to dive our pool. He found the leak under the decking, and advised us what he’d charge to fix it. He even explained to my husband how he himself could fix it. We are going to give that a go, and call him if we need his assistance. He gave us tons of tips on how to also save money with the care of our pool, and still get it done right.
This guy was awesome, and we’ll surely be customers for as long as we are in the area. It’s not every day that you get honest, professional treatment, just as Mark at Leak Professionals provided.
