We have been to this office as least 10 times. Dr Buch and Victor (his PA) are both awesome! But the front office is just baaaaaad. I have had problem after problem with them. Hopefully he will find a good office manager and solve these problems because we sure like him!

After a sperm analysis, the doc told me I had little to no chance of conceiving with my wife (or any woman, for that matter). He suggested a surgery that I was told might increase my odds. After being devastated by this news, my wife and I conceived naturally/unassisted about two weeks later. After speaking to some local people in the medical field, I found this facility has a reputation of throwing out «doomsday» scenarios unnecessarily. Buyer beware.
