My 3 boys loved the ice cream, but 30 $ for 4 cons of ice cream is lot of money. Friendly staff.

Disgusting. The worker wiped her oily face, then went to scoop me ice cream. I asked her to please wear gloves and she got mad, put on her gloves, and made my ice cream. She then handled the cash register with her gloves still on, reached for my phone, and got chocolate all over my phone. She then took off her gloves, her hat, scratched her head, And made everyone else’s ice cream with no gloves on, and without washing her hands… All while wiping her face and nose in between. SO GROSS!

It smells like a gas station bathroom, the brownies in the brownie fudge delight are the size of a dime, there’s nothing hot about the hot fudge sundae, and most of the flavors were soft serve at best. Not satisfied with this visit.

It smelled like horrible sewage water inside and so we didn’t stay long enough to try ice cream.

This is one of the better Marble Slab locations in the Plano/​Frisco/​McKinney area. I like their variety of flavors and like the fact that White Chocolate is one that they usually have. This place is a steal if you buy the Entertainment Book and then use the web-​based login to print out BOGO coupons.

This was the worst MS I’ve ever been in! As soon as you walk in there is grotesque smell simular to the worst truck stop you ever encountered or the fullest port-​a-​potty at the hottest festival. Once you were able to overcome the smell, the young cream peddler, on crack, was pushy and ready to get off shift. Even she wanted to escape the smell. As she prepared my order I noticed that the slab wasn’t frozen, and as she attempted to transfer that melted goop into the cone I was seriously reevaluating our choice. But we were celebrating my daughter completing drivers ed and thought maybe her cone would be better. Not so much. As both cones dripped all over our hands passers-​by look at us, as the hillbillies we were in that moment. While we washed our hands and arms I realized how the ice cream had a familiar taste and then it hit me. Blue Bunny from Piggly Wiggly. However, after collecting myself I must apologize to the good folks at Blue Bunny as the stuff they were peddling at the this MS was some dank sh*#. At 5 bucks a cone it was a great disappointment. I think the MS HQ must be alerted.

We all had some ice cream here so we tried a few different things. The additives are a bit stale. We really did t like the taste overall. We won’t be going back.

Yummy as always, except the slab was too warm (I think)… the ice cream was mostly melted by the time they served it.
Also, the place smelled like a dirty bathroom… blechhhh
2^nd time here… smell still here, but not as bad.
Saturday at 4:30, it’s 99 degrees… there’s one person working??? Really?

My daughters’ favorite ice cream shop! Totally customizable and great fast service. Would absolutely recommend to all!

They had a mint ice cream that was decent. It was a last minute so worked out well. Really the owner was really nice, the guy working there at the time was the only one so he wrote the happy birthday message on the cake. It was pretty funny were I was fine with it being on there as humor. The owner came in saw it and asked if it was ok for her redo it.
