The girl behind the counter was not friendly and shut half the toppings down before it closed. Also, not a big fan of their flavors. Not a good selection compared to other fro yo places!

Love all the flavor options. Fell in love with the watermelon sorbet! Would have given 5 stars but the girl behind the counter spent the whole time on her cell phone. Not very friendly.

The worst customer service imaginable. Only redeeming quality is their tart flavored yogurt. It’s your normal, run of the mill froyo place in a busy strip mall location. The flavors aren’t very ethnic or unique. Would not make a special trip for this place. If shopping in the area, may stop by for a quick froyo fix. Lots of better yogurt shops out there!

Best I’ve ever had. Love the décor. Word has it they will be getting edible gold as a topping soon. Only other store I’ve seen that at is Harrods in London

This is my favorite froyo place for one reason– their California tart flavor. If they did not have this flavor I probably would never come here… they have great topping but they are no different than any other yogurt place. Also, the workers are SO inattentive. One time, the girl had her headphones in while she was talking to her boyfriend on the phone. They also roll their eyes at you when you ask to use the restroom(which is actually very clean so that’s a good thing). Anyways, I seriously love love love their California tart flavor. The best

4th time in as many months. Girl behind the counter is texting on her phone the entire time we were there. She looked like she hadn’t showered and every tray underneath every single dispenser has caked up dried yogurt everywhere. There are also dirty sampler cups scattered throughout the store. Poor management and service.

I have been to a fair share of froyo places, purplekiwi has to be the best one. Firstly the flavors are amazing, and not runny! Second, the décor is super cute and the workers are so personable and inviting. They have a new flavor of watermelon and pink lemonade that make me keep coming back once a week for that special treat!

I’m a regular here. Really accessible — great flavors(although they don’t really rotate the flavors at all) and great toppings. Cute spot and good prices!

Egh. This place is conveniently located in a fabulous shopping location but I’m not thrilled on the taste. Had Rocky road and cheesecake and it was just ok. Store was clean though, offers light options as long as you don’t go overboard, and staff is friendly. Not fabulous but def not the worst! Worth a try at least.

This place is a yummy, healthy, frozen treat! It offers 12 flavors of low fat, non fat, or sugar free frozen yogurt soft serves and sorbets. The nonfat frozen yogurts are only 33 calories an ounce! My favorites are NF Tahitian Vanilla(super creamy and decadent) and NF Rocky Road. My fiancé loves their Watermelon Sorbet, he says it tastes just like a watermelon Jolly Rancher. They could have more variety in their toppings– they do cover all the basics though. I’m deducting a star because the employees aren’t friendly or customer focused. They are usually on their phones and not engaged with customers.

This place would get more stars if it had more flavors(only has like 10 but you can combine two flavors together like a vanilla/chocolate swirl. which I don’t get why bc you can do that by just picking whichever flavors you want.) they also don’t have that many toppings. And the staff is just eh. They do have happy hour from like 4 – 6 for like 15% off.

They are advertised as a shop that has frozen yogurt and icecream. Drove all the way there. Fought for parking… only to find that they only serve frozen yogurt. I ended up going around the corner to Marble Slab. Frozen yogurt isn’t for everybody :-)

Your average frozen yogurt and toppings. I went here late one night and the woman at check out was super friendly and even gave me a discount!

This place has 1 star customer service and 5 star yogurt… so I’ll give em a 3. I think this place beats out pink berry in my book! Delicious guilt free dessert!

I was addicted to pink berry but I wasn’t able to find one here in Frisco but I happened upon Purple Kiwi and I must say that they are my new addiction. Happy Hour here I come.

Purple Kiwi is a self serve Froyo place. They have a bunch of flavors to choose from and they change from time to time as well. They have sugar free and fat free options as well. You also choose your toppings, but remember that price is based on weight of your froyo. Good quality and good topping choices too! Can get a little crowded as the space is a little small.

I went there on a whim yesterday as I was in a really blah mood and little things like yogurt could cheer me up and Purple Kiwi did just that. :-) I had the California tart flavor yogurt with mango bubbles(pretty unique), kiwi, blueberries, and strawberries. The fruit just complimented the tartness of the yogurt and I couldn’t believe that yesterday was nearly 80 degrees on a December afternoon. lol Well Purple Kiwi, I wish I live near your area. I hope I have the change to go to you to boost up my blah mood.

I stumbled upon this place by accident(or perhaps fate). I was waiting for my wife to finish shopping and I had just left Best Buy when I noticed this place on the corner two stores down. I’m always up for yogurt, so let’s give it a try. They offer self serve yogurt which seems to be the trend for most froyo shops. Their price was about 10 cents higher than the place I normally go. They had a good variety of flavors and toppings, but I know of other places with more. I really liked the birthday cake flavored yogurt. All I was missing was a candle(and someone to sing to me)! Overall a nice, clean shop. It would have been nice if they offered a water cooler or something because the fountain by the bathroom was hot. If you are in the area and looking for a treat, this place is worth a try. They also advertise a weekday happy hour from 4−6pm with 15% off.

This is my fifth(!) froyo place in one week. I’m on a quest to try them all! :) Following a common formula, this store is self serve product and toppings, one cup size(boo), etc. No «no sugar added» flavors were observed; an omission in my opinion. The original tart was pretty good, almost as good as Yogolution. The peanut butter, on the other hand, was strange; I actually hurled what little of it I had out my window at a stop light(with a SPOON, not THAT kind of hurling). Cookies and cream was very tasty, and the espresso was really nice. Dark chocolate was average. All flavors sampled were free of ice crystals, so no grainy texture. All in all, very nice from the product standpoint, but as far as service: The(apparently lone) employee was talking on the phone the entire time I was there, and barely stopped long enough to check me out. In fairness, he apologized for being on the phone, yet he apologized MORE to the person on the other end after I left the register. This, while some cleanup was needed around the dispensers; they were getting a little«drippy». Still, the product here is nice; I’ll take good eats and average service over the reverse any day.

Excellent frozen yogurt. My only complaint would be the size of the bowls because they are huge and way too easy to put too much in. After you put your yogurt and toppings in then they are placed on a scale. So be careful not all toppings weight the same. I had the vanilla with berries on top — very yummy while my husband had the dark chocolate without a topping. I am not a huge chocolate fan but my taste of his was very impressive. We will go going back, again, and again.
