Dropped off dress shirt to be dry cleaned. After returning to pick up my shirt a very rude lady said she would not clean it because there was a tear. The tear was 6 inches in length and the shirt looked like it had been used to mop the floor. I explained the shirt didn’t have a tear when I dropped it off. She yelled that she wouldn’t fix the problem. After telling her she would be losing a customer of 4 years she replied she didn’t care and told me to get out. Gladly.
