The lady who is the owner was amazing. She recommended the BBQ sandwich to me which was amazing. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good sandwich. I like the atmosphere a lot and I am defiantly going to come back.

First, and last time I’ll order from here. Jipped on toppings, especially for how much I paid. Plus over an inch of crust with nothing on it. And I too had mozzarella sticks that weren’t fully cooked. I’ll have to stick with Jets Pizza. No ones«topped» them yet.

I ordered a simple dinner salad with no croutons and honey mustard dressing for a dairy allergy. It came with ranch dressing placed inside the box. The person taking the order was informed of the allergy and still the mistake happened. I had heard this chain was good for people with food allergies but this tells me they are not. It’s very unfortunate.

Worst calzone I have ever had. The gyro sandwich used frozen meat that had little taste and the cucumber sauce was weak and watered down.

I just called for a delivery and the woman told me that they stop taking delivery orders at 8:30 and she said it was 8:37. I replied, I am so surprised that you will not give me 7 minutes beyond your cut off time since you are open til 9. She replied… I’m sorry and hung up. I love Palio’s but they have fully lost my business as of now. How rude! We order from here at least once a week. And my office picks up lunch during the day for a minimum of 4 people. I am really put off. 7 minutes.

We usually love Palios but this Frisco location is awful! We ordered a large pepperoni & sausage pizza and they said there’s a $ 15 minimum to deliver so we order cheese sticks to make it $ 15. When it arrives the cheese sticks are undercooked so bad that they’re cold. So we moved to the pizza and it’s cold as well. We won’t be ordering from here again. What a shame.

Came in for a Monday lunch just after 12. Staff was pleasant and the pizza arrived hot and tasted good to me and my son. We just ordered a Canadian bacon and pineapple because it was me and my 10 year old. Was pretty quiet but not empty. Overall I would come back when I’m in the area.

This review is based on our last trip and also the fact that they werent open as scheduled today when we were going to give them a second try. Last time we went, it was a saturday or sunday afternoon and nobody was there but us — the people working there must have been in the back. Finally people appeared and we ordered. The food was OK — but clearly wasnt fresh like the Plano location(that does alot of business). So today when we drove up at 1115am(scheduled open is 11am) and all the lights were off and no cars there, we did not want a repeat performance of the first time. We had hoped that maybe business had ramped up and the food would be better, but with the place not even looking open we left.(It still looked deserted an hour later when we drove by again.) I am not sure how this location will stand the test of time. We probably won’t return.

Had dinner on Friday there with the family. We ordered 2 xlarge Ralphy and Jimmy, wings and free cheese bread. It was delicious. Between the 2 I like the Jimmy more. The watermelon tea was excellent. We had leftover. I’m not a fan of thin crust, but it filled me up.

We had lunch and it was pretty empty. My husband and I ordered Gyros but they were pretty bland. The device was ok. Since it was our first visit we will probably give them one more shot. Maybe the pizza is better.

Palios is just fine if you are looking for a consistently ordinary experience. From the crust to the ingredients used, everything is mediocre at best. That said, it is one the better delivery options.

We came here for dinner last night, and it was excellent! Our first visit to the Frisco location, and it went very well. I had the lasagna which came with 2 pieces of garlic cheese bread for $ 9.49. My daughter had the baked ziti kids meal which was so good!(I snuck a bite or 3). My husband had the wheat crust pizza and he really enjoyed it. We started our meal with the garden salad with raspberry walnut dressing. I didn’t really care for the dressing, but it wasn’t horrible. The place is BYOB, yay! The restaurant is also spotless. Definitely a great place to come, hang out, bring out of towners, you name it. We finished the evening with the turtle cheesecake, which was amazinnngggg. & I don’t even like turtle cheesecake. My daughter had the chocolate cannolli, which I again took a bite or 3. you know to test it, make sure it was safe and all that ;) Delish!

Brand new location so it’s clean and has an up-to-date pizza-place ambiance. The pizzas are decent — ingredients tasted fresh and were not at all greasy. Our picture shows The Greek with added pepperoni & artichokes and The King. Good selection of five types of iced tea. Lunch specials include salad & a drink. BYOB!

I went for lunch, and had pizza(which was recommended). I was totally disappointed. I had high hopes for this place, and I’m a pizza snob, so maybe I was expecting too much. I would give it one more chance, but I’m not in any hurry to go back.

Wonderful pizza, great laid back atmosphere, and friendly no frills service. We ordered one pizza but got ½ Classic and ½ graces and it was really yummy! The classic had more flavor than graces which we really enjoyed but both were good. Wonderful place for a laid back date night ! Also the Byob is a nice addition!

We have always ordered the Nutty Chicken pizza, it’s awesome! Tonight, we ordered the caramel turtle cheesecake. Possibly one of the best things I’ve ever tasted!

Stopped by with the family while visiting from California. I blinked and the pizza was gone.

The food was meh. We had a pizza and a meatball sub and there was nothing special about them. Also while the people were super nice, it’s the kind of place where you order at the front and get your own drink. The effect is one step up from fast food. On a good note, the décor is really homey and lovely, and again, the people were friendly.

Some of the best pizza ever! Very friendly service. The pizzas are great! You can order half/half of different specialty pizzas. I recommend the Frank’s Buffalo(not on the menu, but other Palio’s have it, so this one will make it too). The Meat and Cheese Deluxe is my husbands favorite. But really you can’t go wrong with any of them! Fresh ingredients! I will say it can take a little bit, so be patient. But they make every pizza with care. So for a pizza that delicious, I can wait a bit. They also have gluten-free crusts and whole wheat crusts available. I cannot comment on the pastas, as we’ve only had their pizza. This just means we need to return! Oh it’s BYOB too! They have glasses and wine openers available for your use. There’s a Walmart just behind them if you happen to forget your bottle… ;)
