Their deep dish pepperoni is the best in town! Don’t like pizza? Try their salads or boneless chicken wings! You can’t go wrong here!

Jet’s Pizza is the BEST!!! I try to go into the store to pick up because the staff is always so friendly and personable. I’ve eaten in the store a few times and I noticed right away that the staff takes an interest in their customers because they are greeting them by name and carrying on conversations(something you don’t see very often in pizza chains!). I have also received this high level of service when ordering delivery. I would recommend ordering pizza with turbo crust and a side of Jet’s bread, but you really can’t go wrong here.

Reminds me of an upgraded version of the pizza they had at Target’s food court. Had a corner pizza with half pepperoni and sausage. The pizza sauce was good and the cheesy was very stringy which is good in my opinion. The toppings were decent. Overall, the pizza was alright, did not have anything amazing or a wow factor to them. The staff when I went to dine in was very friendly though which is a plus.

Love the pizza, but terrible service. After ordering dozens of times to my house, out of nowhere they now say we are out of their delivery zone. Thanks Isaiah! Sucks for me being a Michigan guy.

Truthfully people. Let’s be honest. Ordering from a National fast food chain could be a risk. I get that. 40 bucks for two pizzas that resembled cafeteria food, prepared with subpar amateur ingredients, and doubtful that it is fit for human consumption are my review. Was strange that raccoons followed the delivery kid to the doorbell. I do not recommend this as a choice for those looking for a certain quality level of food. I think the DiGiorno frozen brand will make one happier(just pick out the glass pieces first). Overall, the experience is good, the product spoiled it all. Never again. Bön Appétit!

Don’t ever order from here! Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I’m a single mother at home with my 5 month old son. My pizza showed up that I paid $ 24 for with mayo! I looked at my email and somehow mayo got selected as a topping. First off, who ever puts mayo on pizza? Second I call and try to get this fixed and they tell me I have to pay full price for a new pizza. I just paid $ 24 for a pizza I can’t even eat! So they tell me I can pay 50%. Again I just paid $ 24, who has mayo as a topping for pizza and I don’t have the money to buy another pizza. Horrible company, obviously they don’t care about their customers and treat them like crap. I will never order from them again

Delicious pizza — turbo crust is amazing! Also, the wings extra crispy is the way to go! Great service! Definitely my new favorite pizza place!

I got a to-go order from this location and it was ready and hot as planned. The interior is small and there is a small TV. I assume most people get their orders to-go as I did. There was no one there eating in on a weekday lunch time. As a local pizza place, I would have expected more. The pizza tasted like a national chain location and nothing about it stands out. I had the regular crust with Ham and Pineapple. There was a good amount of toppings and the square shape was unique. Parking is easy in the strip mall and they always have coupons. Perhaps one of their subs or wings will be what I get next time.

I have something seriously wrong with an establishment that takes your money and delivers to you for almost a year and then tells you upon the last delivery that they are too busy to deliver to you. I understand that I am literally 1.5−2 miles out of the delivery area, but to do that for that long and then just tell you that you don’t matter as a customer is just plain rude. I won’t even go into how one of the managers spoke to me when he delivered my pizzas for the last delivery. Great pizza but you get a side of attitude and disregard for being a loyal customer as well. I guess we will just wait for another franchisee from michigan to take that one over and then order from them again. I will now only pick up from the Coit and McDermott location.

Not pleased. Just moved to the area and had Jet’s pizza once before this time. The last time we ordered, it arrived early, was still hot and while the wings were soggy, the pizza was good. So last week we decide to order Jet’s instead of Palio’s because of our last experience. What a MISTAKE. Long story short, when the pizza ended up 20 min past the est. delivery time, I called. Isaiah answers, is very polite and says that it should be there very soon. Another 15 minutes pass, and I call again. Isaiah answers again, explains that the driver had an issue with his car and should be there any minute. I explain that being 35 minutes past the est. time is unacceptable and we have a conversation about expectations and he says(i’m paraphrasing) that its not their fault, its because the driver had issues. I explained that while that may be true, that’s related to their business operations, and isn’t my issue to solve as the customer. If they know the wait is going to be longer because of this, they need to adjust their delivery windows to indicate this problem to set customer expectations. I ask to speak to a manager and he says they are too busy but he will call me back later. He then apologies quickly and says he has to go because he has other customers. Hmmmm, yep, I’m a paying customer as well, who still doesn’t have her order and ordered before all the other people waiting now. While Isaiah was polite and respectful on the phone, I NEVER received a manager call back. So pizza finally arrives. We open it up(box was dented in) and there is a section of the pizza that doesn’t even have toppings on it! The whole pizza has slid to one side. Even more peeved. We had still tipped the driver(a) because I’m not a jerk b) I don’t know if this is a replacement or the original driver and where the problem originated from… but needless to say, I am not impressed and won’t be giving this place my money again. In contrast, I had a similar situation happen at another pizza establishment when i lived in CA, and received a call back from the manager the next day who profusely apologized. Not only that, he explained to me HOW they would improve their service and appreciated me feedback. He then offered me 4 large pizzas for free with unlimited toppings and they became our go to place for 4 years. It was the only place I ordered from then on because I appreciate when businesses care about customer’s money. It speaks volumes when managers/owners respect that I have chosen their establishment to spend money on and they want to exceed expectations. Jet’s is going to lose steady customers unless they learn how to better handle customer service issues. It’s disappointing because I was hoping this was going to be our place in Frisco. Not the way I wanted to start a relationship, Jet’s…

Overpriced pizza. Nice service… but the sauce is tasteless! Call another delivery… then you might get your money’s worth

This place has some of the best pizza around. Never had a bad pie from this place. The only thing I don’t like is the $ 3.00 delivery surcharge.

Meh. it was okay. Customer service was good, friendly folks at the place. As a native New Yorker, I hold pizza places to a higher standard. Ordered the NY style large and to call it a NY style is far from it. The crust was like cardboard and they were stingy on the cheese and topping. That’s not how it’s done in NY. Better places to go… I would have Sbarro pizza first if I had to choose. Luigi’s in Frisco is a better choice for local.

Customer Service: Very pleasant and they know what they are doing — top notch! Deep dish: This is the reason why I always come back for more. Remember to ask for free flavor crust– Turbo Crust(butter, garlic and Romano Cheese). The dough is so so good… Haven’t try their regular pizza, salad or sub yet…

I love Jet’s Pizza. I used to be one who liked Papa John’s but have since converted. I looooove the Bold Fold New York style pizza. I get it with the Turbo crust. It’s heaven! I’ve never tried the deep dish cause I don’t like that much bread but my neighbor orders it often and says it’s the best one around!

Tasty but very high in sodium and short on toppings. Much better than Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, etc. But just like their competition they use a lot of packaged food that may contain artificial flavors and/or preservatives. I hope I’m wrong. I’ve been eating organic and natural foods for about five years now and I’ve almost completely cut out almost all the salt from my food. So when I eat something that’s altered I notice it immediately. I ordered a small 3 topping pizza. Pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives. It was hot and tasty but I couldn’t even finish it because it was so salty. If they can lower the sodium and increase the quality and quantity of topping I would be willing to pay more and rate them with five stars.

Just ordered Jets and was pleasantly surprised. I am from Chicago so most pizza places that I have tried in Frisco have been subpar. …definitely not the case with Jet’s. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a barbecue chicken pizza, both with Turbo crust. It is hands down one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Try it! You will NOT be disappointed. Disclaimer: I always read reviews, but NEVER write them. The pizza was just that good!
