Love this place. Clean and well kept, pizza always tastes hot and fresh. Customer service is great — Jeff bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we wanted or needed and that everything was perfect. Our first visit was great and we’ll be coming back. Great place to go with friends.

How deceiving that this CiCi’s has four stars on Unilocal! If you’re in the area and are looking primarily for a four-starred kind of restaurant, this is definitely not for you… However, for $ 18, you and a special other can eat unlimited pizza and drink unlimited soda. The catch is that it’s limited unlimited choices… I’ve never been to a CiCi’s with only 4 – 5 options for pizza and oftentimes were empty pans. I also thought it was funny that they had the Stuffed Crust advertisement all over the restaurant but was completely out of it for almost our entire visit. This place was full of kids for at least three table long birthday parties. My recommendation to this location would be to have more proportionate options to the amount of customers in the place. To continue our love for CiCi’s in the future, we’ll be trying another location!

The place is pretty clean overall and food is decent. Granted, there’s only four items to choose from–(pizza, pasta, salad, dessert.) But, food is decent and cheap! I’m a fan :)

This is the McDonald’s of pizza: cheap, quick, and it turns your colon into a busted water main. 5 stars for the cheap meal, colon clean combo.

The place is clean and the staff is good — the pizza is good quality considering you are at a buffet.

Food is like any other CiCi’s but the service is excellent. One of the shift managers Anthony is really committed to customer service and pleasure. Everything from being asked how our food was to the rhymes he does about pizza, it all makes the stay more enjoyable.

CiCi’s is always a nice treat. I was really impressed the first time I visited this location and I saw the full salad bar. Most locations I have visited in the past few years had greatly reduced their salad offering. Also they have an icee machine! This location is always clean and is well maintained.

I am not a fan of Cici’s. I like traditional pizza. But got roped into going. It was surprising good. Enough old favorite pizza along with that goofy taco and mac&cheese junk. Cinnamon rolls were freaking good. Probably come back soon.

Wow just got above and beyond service at Cici’s! Wouldnt normally review this place. The girl at the front, Salena i think, was extremely friendly. Offered a drink while i waited for my order. They have lots of fresh pizza out. Constantly cleaning around the buffet area and tables. Checking on all the guests like a host. This Cici’s stands out. Will be back with high expectations!

I worshipped CiCi’s pizza as a kid. $ 2.99 for all you can pizza was simply – utopia for a young chap. I remember piling-up 64 slices of everything I could get my hands on and competing against my gluttonous friends in CiCi’s eating contests like a herd of wild pigs. By the time I was done, I’d have to carried out in a body bag of glory. CiCi’s was like Vietnam, and I socked it to the NVA in every battle. Fast-forward twenty years later where I grew from a kid to the most interesting, charming, best looking, and most successful man in the world. The sun began setting on the horizon on a cool September evening, and I was jonesing… jonesing for… you guessed it, none other than CiCi’s Pizza. I got in my landing craft(My New Bugatti) and stormed the proverbial beach with nostalgia furiously pumping through my veins. Not much had changed about CiCi’s other than their ever-growing, random-a** selection of pizza including«mac and cheese» et al bizarre yet cool choices. Who needs wood-fired, brick oven, and sexy sounding pizzas when you could settle for CiCi’s Mac and Cheese pizza?! To add greatness to greatness, this CiCi’s has added a gratuitous Slurpee machine.(Are you friggin kidding me?! FREESLURPEES?!) By the time I was done with my free-refill Coke Slurpees and a hamburger hill pile of awesomeness, tears of joy and accomplishment began rolling down my eyes as my stomach roared… I pounded my hairy chest as I slowly rolled off my chair into the parking-lot – a made man – baptized in cheesy, greasy, cheap greatness. CiCi’s is still awesome. As for some constructive feedback – come on guys, bring back the old chocolate pizza. Brownies are no substitute.(The hell’s going?)

OK, yeah, we went to CiCi’s. Our friends have a freakin’ gaggle of kids and they run wild there, so we went… and it was disgusting. Now, I will proudly admit that I have no issues grubbing at a pizza buffet-even at a CiCi’s, but this CiCi’s, in particular, was just gross. See that it in Frisco I thought it would be nice, new, clean, and delish, but I was proven terribly wrong. From the minute we walked in the door, I could tell this was going to be a mistake. The place was filthy. I’m pretty positive there was more pizza crust, droppings, and parmisean cheese on the floor than on the actual tables. We were the only people in line, behind a chick who was apparently asking for an application, and the manager proceeded to give her a mini-interview right then and there. After he finished that up, he got to us and sent us on our way to the pizza line. I thought for sure at 5pm there would be tons of piping hot, fresh pies just waiting for consumption… but no. I counted 10 pizzas that were all half-eaten and looked like they had been there since lunch. We went ahead and ordered our own pizza, but in the time that we ate it, I really don’t think I saw a single new pizza come up, despite the fact that there were a good 40 people in the restaurant. My real issue was with this manager. You know how usually when you walk in to CiCi’s, you get bombarded with«hey, welcome to CiCi’s!» and the manager is all over you? Not here. This guy looked miserable. I asked him a question and he didn’t even look up. Then, when my guy went to ask him for some ranch dressing, this a**hole rolled his eyes, scooped some dressing in a bowl, shoved it to him and walked off. Uh, hell no. While most CiCi’s restaurants are decent for what they are, skip this one.

Pizza is not that great, but it is way cheap for an all u can eat meal $ 5. I loved their apple pie pizza and sweet rolls, but I’m sure the sugar count was through the roof. The workers are extremely friendly and always asking you if you need anything else. You can custom order a pizza too with anything you want on it.

Aww my guilty pleasure. I love pizza and when I want to pig out on it, i go to cici’s. This place is clean and the food are always hot and fresh. Losing one star because it’s a little small, compared to other cici’s. Where else can u find a $ 4.99 buffet nowadays? Ok, maybe Vegas…

Don’t hate. First thing’s first. It’s Cici’s. If you can’t get down and dirty with some cheapola all-you-can-eat pizza, move along. This ain’t Fireside Pies. It’s not even Papa John’s. For the price, however, I think what you get is more than fair. This Cici’s location is consistent. The staff is super friendly, they always ask whether there’s anything we’d like that we don’t see on the buffet, and the food is always hot and fresh. They do a good job of turning over icky pizzas that have been sitting for too long, and they are also really good about keeping the food coming when it gets close to quittin’ time. Nothing worse than a buffet that starts breaking things down an hour before closing. If your expectations are what they ought to be, the food is really not bad. That being said, I really can’t understand why anyone would ever do takeout from here. Weird call. Anyway, don’t be scurred. This is a good Cici’s.
