The customer service here is just eh. Both times I ate here the man taking my order seemed like he was having a bad day. Also they don’t have enough help. Food was just okay kinda felt like it was just thrown together

wasn’t expecting much, stopped in quickly with my Dad while on the go. ordered the french dip instead of customizing a sub, and thought I would regret my decision(most restaurants can’t do a decent french dip, let alone a quicky sub shop). I was pleasantly surprised, hot and tasty and pretty cheap considering how big the sandwich was. Was pretty crowded for how small the place is, so our sandwiches took longer than we would’ve liked, but we weren’t disappointed when we got them. Nothing life changing, but definitely worth trying.

Kinda chinsy on their food, got a salad and can’t find the lettuce… Second time I’ve had a problem with this location

For weeks, this place stank like a sewer. Really repulsive. But, good news, whatever was wrong, that issue is now fixed — for the moment. I notice that there are similar complaints dating as far back as 2012, so who knows what’s really going on. Now what I’m noticing is that it just doesn’t seem to get a good daily cleaning. Went in last week at 11AM when they opened. Got my drink, and noticed that there’s sticky dried soda and food on the back of the drink/paper towel area. They hadn’t had time to serve any customers, so it was clearly left over from previous days, and frankly, it looked like it had been there awhile. I don’t like that, and I’ll think long and hard before going back.

Which wich is a unique sandwich chain. It offers bags were pick which one corresponds to what you have in mind and you fill out your order yourself, and it’s not confusing. For example I wanted salami and pepperoni so I picked the Italian bag, and selected all the other details. This was my first time back to which wich in a year. I remembered why I stopped going, Italian BMT is my favorite sandwich selection, well which wives version is simply overwhelming in the grease. It’s delicious at first, but once you get halfway done(on the medium size) you just can’t finish. I’ve never tried another style sandwich so I’m not going to give a bad review on one thing I’ve tried that I just can never finish. The service is quick, order accuracy is good, and staff is always friendly! I never get toasted subs anywhere else but here because they do it the way I like. I’ll have to broaden my horizons and try something else besides the Italian grinder, and update my review afterwards. In the mean time I think they deserve 3 stars.

I love WhichWich, there’s really not a lot behind it. They have way higher quality meats, cheeses and veggies than other sandwich chains. They really toast their sandwiches when you ask them to, and the food is just SO good. I love them, and once you’ve tried them I’m pretty sure you won’t be able to go back to Subway or Jimmy John’s below average ingredients.

I have seen Wich wich several times as I leave Mooyah and I put it on my «to eat list». I decided today was the day. I don’t usually go out to lunch so this was a treat for me. This time however the treat turned out to be a trick! I walked and and seen the bags hanging on the wall. Once you look at the menu you pick the bag that corresponds with your selection, check the boxes on the bag to say what meats, veggies, size… etc and present it to the cashier. I thought what a cool way to order and insure your order is correct. As I was waiting for my order I looked around the establishment. Cement floors and plain walls. The place makes Chipotle look warm and inviting. I got my sandwich. My first thought was how little I got for the $ 13 I just paid for my meal. I would have got more for my money at Subway. The corned beef was tasteless and obviously prepackaged. The cheese was fake. I got a little sauerkraut and WAY too much deli mustard. If the sandwich would have had flavor the mustard would have covered it up. Disgusting. Unless you just want to be trendy and throw your money away on a sandwich you could have bought at a gas station just go to Subway!

My husband and I walked into this location today for lunch and had to turn right back around due to an overwhelming stinky smell. It was almost like being in a sewer. I’ve never been to this location before. There were 2 tables of people in there at the time. I’ve been to Which Which before and the food is usually great. I like the ordering system(write it all down on your paper bag/check the items you want and send it down the assembly line). I just couldn’t bare to be in there with the smell. Hopefully it’s not a constant issue.

I love Which Wich! Their toasted subs are consistently fresh and tasty, and when I am craving Which Wich, nothing else will do! If you’ve never been, their setup is pretty unique. You grab a paper sack coordinating with the kind of sandwich you want, and you proceed to mark off all of the ingredients you want with a Sharpie. In addition to your basic sandwich shop offerings, they also have a lot of vegetarian options, breakfast subs, and some crazy options like seafood, Spam(!), etc. They give you a LOT of ingredients to choose from, some of which are really unique. I love the Thank You turkey(turkey, stuffing, cranberry), and my other go-to is turkey with olive salad, guacamole, and a ton-o-veggies. Their guac is very fresh and yummy, and worth the $ 1 add-on charge. I love the house made potato chips, which are simply seasoned with salt and pepper… delicious! I also love/appreciate the fact that they have an online nutritional calculator on their website, so I can see what the damage is. The only reason I am withholding the 5th star is due to the fact that Which Wich is a little pricey compared to other sandwich places, especially if you want to add chips and a drink. I continue to go there on a regular basis though, so I guess it must be pretty good! Additionally, I wish they would revamp the inside of their restaurants– they feel very cold and uninviting, with bare concrete floors, uncomfortable wooden chairs, and dim lighting. Not a comfortable place to sit and eat. In any event, once you try Which Wich, you’ll never want to go back to Subway again!

Which Wich is a nice sub-sandwich option for vegetarians to go to. Different than other normal sub shops. I found the ingredients and bread to be much better than others. Much tastier also.

Sandwiches are consistently good and I love the options available. It can be a little overwhelming with the selections, however each sandwich provides you with the ability to customize it as much as possible.
