Schlotzsky’s

This is the closest Schlotzsky’s location to my office, and it’s been very good to me over about three or four visits within the last few months. I always order the same thing: medium original deluxe with extra olives. I eat half for lunch and half for dinner, it’s my «calibration meal» (as I refer to it) on my weight management plan (yes, I’m serious), and it’s worked well for me.
I’ve always received fresh bread and a properly assembled sandwich here, as well as service with a smile. Today, I redeemed a reward (from the Lotz 4 Me Club) for my sandwich, and the transaction went very smoothly in the drive thru. I held up my phone so that the cashier (who was much more attractive than the name on the receipt, «TERM 2 PM» would suggest :)) could read the numbers, and I was away in a flash.
Great sandwiches and a free one after seven purchases; what’s not to like?

Really good and consistently basic sandwiches with that famous bread. Now serving Cinnabuns on the side also.
This place was recently completely remodeled for the better. Now it’s very comfortable for adult dining and looks great. We like the good service, fine food and comfortably fresh conversion.

When I first went to a Schlozsky’s years ago I hated it. Since then they have updated their menu and décor. I’m now a fan. The half sandwich and soup is a good deal. The Tomato Basil needed some salt to wake it up but then was just fine. I’m a stickler for CLEAN restaurants and this location did not disappoint. Spotless dining area and rest room and the service was friendly and efficient.

I absolutely LOVE this location, everyone except one guy is so friendly & really accommodating with a fantastic attitude. Sara especially, is a wonderful, friendly person who works here but again, all of them are great except the one guy.
My absolute favorite thing is that it’s comfortable, plus, with the phone app I get some fantastic rewards & love having lunch once in a while for less than $ 3 or free. I have made this my «go to lunch spot» and even have enjoyed dinner from here as well.
The absolute yummiest sandwich is the new pretzel bread with bacon, avocado, and muenster cheese with the side dipping basil sauce/​soup — I want to eat those for breakfast!!!
Speaking of I really do wish they would open for breakfast. My understanding, the staff is all for it and so am I because I would visit at least 3 – 4 times a week — sometimes twice a day esp if they had the above sandwich on the breakfast menu. Also, the tuna is great!
Thank you Schlotzsky’s for having an amazing, comfortable place — you could lose a little of that sodium though but I still love you :)

Great service from start to finish. Cinnabons looked and tasted great nice addition to the menu. The original sandwich is still the best. The prices are good and the front end staff all communicate effectively and efficiently. The bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. Great variety of drinks and the sour cream and onion chips were fresh and awesome. Definitely would recommend this location.

Amazing service, soups are a little pricey but at the same time delicious. Sandwiches are great as well.

I’ve been frequenting this location both pre and post-​renovation. I haven’t had any issues. The food always comes out fast, and as I ordered it. I like the pick 2 option that they have now. The margherita flatbread is surprisingly good for a deli.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I ordered the tuna sandwich. The tomato on it was green and they put the butt end of it on my sandwich. Company must be cheap if they are using the butts of the tomatoes. Also I noticed an olive in my sandwich. I am very allergic to olives. I am so glad I noticed it before I bit into it. I got a refund. This was my first and last visit. If you choose to eat here, do so at your own risk.

I know others on Unilocal have had issues here, but I can’t say I have and I’ve been coming here for a while.
Got my usual to-​go order on a Sunday evening, the Pastrami and Swiss, and once again it was outstanding. Order was correct and got my food in less than 10 minutes.
Sandwich was spot on, bread nice and fresh as was the meat, cheese and mustard. Love their brand of chips as well. Also can recommend the Smoked Turkey, the Turkey Bacon and Swiss and the Turkey Guacamole among others.
Have no issue with this location, which looks great since the remodel-​good quality food, always solid service and no long waits.

Came here today for lunch. Unfortunately the owner was running the register. He fingered the rim of my drink cup rather badly and unnecessarily. I observed him doing the same to those in front of me in line. When I pointed it out, he was clearly enraged and became resistant to further discussion in a very, very harsh manner. The customer deserves to be protected from cross contamination and this guy clearly did not care one bit about my concerns. This guy, the owner, was very concerned however about other customers hearing me describe what he did wrong, hence his rude actions toward me. I will not be going back to this location and I suggest you avoid it as well.

My Turkey guacamole was good. The toppings where just right and met the company standard. I did use the women’s rest room which can USA bit of improvement but lucky the staff mentioned their future renovations. I hope that the renovations include the HVAC system as several if the diffusers were rusty from either past moister problems or system leaks. They defiantly need to be changed. Other then that the food was in line with what I expected.

These are great sandwiches! Even their pizzas are great. Loved the salad! Only thing is if you order it a certain way (like without onion) make sure to check it because they often mess that up, otheriwse, fresh and delish…

I’ve eaten at Schlotzsky’s since I was a kid. This location is NOT good. The quality of the sandwich was poor. They ration napkins (5 for three people) and skimp on mayo. And when my wife asked for more napkins for our daughter she was chastised. I won’t be going back.

Very clean, and a nice staff, but the sandwiches are really subpar. The bread is crap. Soups are very good though. I suppose this is more of a reflection on the entire chain, not this location. This location is quick and efficient. Their food just isn’t worth going back for…

Great customer service and its always clean (even the bathrooms!) What more can you ask for?!
