Do yourself a favor and go to Jared’s instead. The employees here are only interested in talking amongst themselves. They didn’t engage, or even tell me where I should look next for the specific ring I went in for. All they gave me was«probably no one is gonna have it», very helpful…

5-star customer service! As per usual, we put off Christmas shopping until the last minute. We had yet to get my mother-in-law a gift(she truly does have everything!). I sneaked away from the family to go buy her this gift. I was shocked at first, as you have to get on a waiting list to even be helped. But the wait was minimal, and the customer service here is top-notch. They helped me select the perfect gift. Yes, it is pricey, and yes, it is a racket, but my mother-in-law was so happy with her gift, that it was worth every penny. And now, I have a lifetime worth of gifts ready to get her. She was so happy with it, I decided to go back after Christmas and buy a bracelet and charms for my mom for her birthday.

Awful! Awful! Awful! Wish I could give them negative stars. Obnoxious staff who don’t listen to the customer and focus only on selling more products. My last encounter in the store makes me never want to by pandora again.

The staff here are terribly inept ! We were calling to see if they had something in stock, and they wouldn’t answer the phone, so we drove 40 minutes to find out that they didn’t have it in stock ! A simple answer of the phone would have been nice…
