Really great customer service, the staff is very knowledgeable and there to help you out! I had just a basic starter kit at first and it broke within a couple months, just as any basic starter kit for $ 20 I would go ahead and assume it wouldn’t last long anyhow. Upon it breaking I brought it up to one of the guys that works up there and he pretty much fixed it within a couple of minutes. Regardless I purchased a new ecig and they actually helped me step into rebuilds, I know use a dripper and on the side a kayfun which one guy mentioned for me to get. I can’t even say how satisfied I am with their help. The juice is amazing and the employees are always coming up with new mixtures that taste delicious! They make their juice in house to your specifications, any custom PG/​VG ratios is a huge plus! I would recommend coming here to check it out, really chill environment with a lounge and good music! The employees are always down to talk and enjoy the customers presence! 5 stars from me!

Bought a 30ml juice twice and that sh*t was SO watery. Burns way to fast! I’m just going to stick to SEVapes they’re so much better and make custom juices. I own a nemisis with an omega

The staff may be knowledgable but the service is terrible. First few times I have come in I waited at least 20 minutes to get helped… and once even 40 minutes just to get a refill. Many of the employees have their friends hang out at the store which seems to distract them and they find it more important to joke around with them than take care of the customer.

I have been coming here for 2 months. The people are knowledgable about their product and the industry. I have had no problems with them what so ever.
I did have an issue with a purchase I had. And when the management realized there was an issue, they corrected it immediately. I was surprised by the honesty of management and refunded all of my money. I personally find this company as honest as I have have ever dealt with. They acknowledged their mistake and corrected accordingly. I am a loyal customer of theirs.
