I have only been in once to try out some flavors, so I may update my review in the future. As is, I had a wonderful experience with very helpful and upbeat employees. I even accidentally unscrewed a tank and spilled the juice on the table which I was thoroughly embarrassed about, but they took it in stride and told me not to worry about it. The e-​liquids here are a little pricier than what I’m used to ($ 8-​$ 10), the two I bought were $ 13.50 each (standard 30ml), but I have to say they were more flavorful by far than the other flavors I had tried elsewhere.
It was a great experience and I plan on coming back.

This place probably has about the same variety as the next, what makes this store stand out is the employees. I can’t say enough about the employees here, they remember my name and what I buy, I hadn’t been in for at least 2 months, only because it’s a little out of my way, I walked in and the regular girl working remembered me. I will now make this the only place I shop for my vape needs. I hope the owner sees this and gives his people a big THANK YOU, good customer service is hard to find these days!

I highly recommend all The Vapor Bar stores, and this one is my regular stop. The owner has a history of lung cancer in her family, so these shops are more of a mission than a money making venture. This is highlighted by the fact that they push for stronger standards of nicotine juice safety, and common sense rules, such as not selling to minors.
The nicotine juice is all made in the US. If you shop somewhere else, do NOT buy imported fluids.

Yesterday, it had been raining and storming all afternoon. My husband fighting closed roads and deplorable traffic drove to the Vapor Bar on Stonebrook Parkway and arrived at 6:31 pm. While getting out of his car, waving at a man standing at the door, the employee proceeded to lock the door basically in his face. My husband waved to a woman at the counter and she said they couldn’t help him because it was 6:35 pm. The time was of no consequence. When you have a customer standing at your door — you just don’t lock the door in their face and turn and walk away. This is not the first time we have encountered totally rude customer service at this location. But this just takes the cake.
You can bet that with this weather and road conditions, we were doing all we could to arrive before 6:30 and to be treated like that is inexcusable.

I’ve only been to the store in McKinney but if I can help it, won’t go anywhere else. The sales people are so nice and helpful. Just walking into the place puts a big smile on my face and i always look forward to it.

Being from Austin, I did not know where to go in the DFW area to get my vape on. All in all Vapor Bar is a great place. They have all their flavors already ready for you to test out. The service was impeccable, and plus they had my favorite cartomizers. I was very pleased with the place and suggest it to anyone.
