Pottery Barn

I am a huge Pottery Barn fan and have found this location to be one of the better ones in terms of customer service. We were here looking at dining room tables the other day and the clerks were very helpful with providing different options. The table that we were interested in was 10% off in their up-to-20%-off sale and they were nice enough to give us an additional 15% off the entire price when we told them that it was a brand new home that we were moving into. Score! :) They also offered to do free design consultation in the set-​up of our new home.
Pottery Barn can be a little pricey — BUT you get what you pay for. I have been a PB customer for about 15 years and I still have pieces that I bought way back then and they’re holding up just fine, so I don’t mind the investment knowing that I am paying for quality.
Anyway, I highly recommend this location :)

Wasted over 30 minutes of my time attempting to purchase curtains at this store. I knew exactly which curtains, color and size I needed, and not a single employee could be bothered to help me buy them. I will not return to this Pottery Barn, or any other, ever.
