UPDATE: Lyne’s review just goes to prove my point… She states, «I’ve been with RAN Dental through Cigna, MetLife and UHC insurance and have never run into any issues with him being out of network.» Seems he hasn’t been upfront with her either since he contracts with NO insurance companies and is considered out of network with ALL of them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neal’s since he opened his practice in 1998. His staff is always courteous and professional in the office and on the phone. I work for Frisco ISD and have never had any problems with understanding my insurance responsibilities despite many changes in FISD’s insurance over my 12 year employment. The staff explains all procedures and I am always informed of ALL dental options before I choose the best procedure for ME! Dr. Neal always takes time to ensure that I am comfortable with all aspects of my dental visits. I wouldn’t use any other Dentist!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Neal’s for years and have always been impressed with his professionalism and accessibility. If I don’t understand a part of my insurance, his staff is more than happy to explain it to me in terms that I can understand. He also saved me a ton of money in dental work that another dentist said I needed, but I didn’t… therefore I went from needing 4 fillings, to only needing one. I highly recommend Dr. Neal to anyone who is looking to be treated fairly and get the most for their money.

Our family has used Dr. Neal for years and can’t imagine ever going to anyone else. Dr. Neal and his entire office staff stop at nothing to ensure your complete satisfaction. My previous dentist tried to tell me that I needed 4 cavities filled and that I was running the risk of a root canal. As soon as I saw Dr. Neal, I told him what my previous dentist said and he showed me my X-​Rays to prove I had no cavities at all. Based on this, I trust the integrity Dr. Neal and his team completely.
