Ultimate Body Studios is a gym that takes personal dedication and hard work! You get what you put into to it, if you are serious about losing weight and building muscle you will do great here. With the expertise of Ron and Corey along with an intense Cardio, weight training, and nutrition program, you will produce great results! If you want these results you must be dedicated and have goals to reach every week. The cardio workouts are amazing, and weight training is intense, this is why I love this program!

I have been a member for more than 6 months and have NEVER heard Ron or Corey talking down to anyone or making them feel bad. They are strict and will hold you accountable for your food intake, and your performance in the gym, but that is the reason I joined this gym and program, For Results!
