Opens at 9am, walked in at 9:15 and Sylvia styled me soon after. She did a great job, I love my hair! She gave lots of suggestions and tips also :-)

We do not usually post reviews (this is my first). My teen daughters and I have now been to Salon Rizosa several times and we couldn’t be happier. The stylist we see is named Cat and she is the best colorist I have ever had. We always get asked about where we get our hair done. Cat always takes the time with each of us to discuss what we want as far as cut & style and we trust her completely to take it from there. Needless to say we are so glad to have found her and this salon. The salon is really clean & the décor is very comfortable. Everyone we have met here is so nice and always so professional. I love that this salon feels like a relaxing spa and yet comfortable enough that my husband now goes in every 3 – 4 weeks for his regular hair cut as well. We have tried for so long to find a stylist that is this good so that we wouldn’t have to go far into Dallas for our appointments & now we found Cat, who really exceeded our highly picky expectations!

I have been a loyal client of sylvia and this salon for yrs. i think that other reviews fall short in explaining the great quality color/​style you get.
Sylvia has been the best colorist i have had in over 8yrs. Ive since moved to miami and everytime im back in town she fits me in immediately to fix the debacre of hair tortured by miami salons. To hear bad cust serv in other reviews is a farcity, i couldnt feel more welcomed w my wine and more at ease when she moves things around to fit me in.
I dont right lots o reviews cuz i think most use this as a platform to complain. But i had to in this case since i think sylivia, roseanne, and all the girls a rizo’s deserve a true loyal customer review. Thanks ladies!

I’ve never had a better haircut. The staff are gorgeous, beautiful and friendly. I’ve been to other salons in Frisco and this has to be the best one I’ve ever been too. Sylvia is outstanding, you couldn’t ask for a better stylist and person. Five stars, awesome.

I went to Sylvia, the owner, twice. She did an alright job– nothing much to complain about but definitely nothing to rave about either. She was very misleading about the prices she was going to charge me. And let me clarify, I am used to paying high prices (hundreds of dollars) for my hair. But when she tells you one thing when you’re in her chair and then charges you almost double when you pay, something is wrong! I don’t agree with that kind of business practice. When I asked her about it she had a attitude. Her customer service is terrible. She even got snippy with me when I asked her to explain what she meant because she was using hair coloring/​styling jargon that I was not familiar with since I am not a stylist. I would not recommend her. She also tries to convince you that you need a $ 200 hair dryer. Do yourself a favor and pass on this salon.
