I go in to the Shell Food Mart on Lebanon and Preston in Frisco to purchase a product. They give me the wrong product and I get in my car and open it up. I find out he gave me the wrong product so I go back in and let him know he gave me the wrong product. He tells me I can’t return it because I opened it. I said yeah but it’s your fault you gave me the wrong item. He continues to argue with me when I specifically told him what I needed the first time. I finally said that I would just buy the product I initially came in here for and I would pay for it he continued to argue with me. Hey Shell, why don’t you hire people that can speak and understand English so your consumers don’t have to deal with this kind of service. The foreign man behind the counter never once admitted he was wrong or said sorry.
