Manager Lisa was extremely rude! I was here to buy a Columbia jacket and there was a sign on top of a rack of only jackets that said 25% off Columbia. It did not ring up at the register. I called Lisa over to come look at the sign and she walked extremely slow, stopped to straighten a rack and when I showed her the sign she said «clearly it says apparel and accessories» very rudely. I said well the sign is on top of a rack and in the section of only jackets so that can be misleading. She just walked off and and said nothing else. I called another employee and asked if the sign was for jackets and he said yes. The part that really made me write the review was the fact that she was so rude and dismissive in her demeanor with me. Any other store manager would honor the sign and then take it down. To top it off after I checked out with my other items I told her «I hope that you have a wonderful day» and her response was «yeah». I will be heading to Dicks to buy my jacket.

It was time for new athletic shoes so I stopped here after looking all over the place for a pair that were comfortable. From the moment I walked in, I was asked if I needed help by the people at the register.
I headed to the shoe department. It is self serve, but there are associates who walk around to see if you need help, which I like. They had a decent selection of style, sizes, and some wide width shoes too for women. While I was looking around, a sales associate came to my rescue. He asked me about what I needed, and had me try on two shoes. One pair was marked down to a fairly decent price, and then a newer version. There was no rush, he let me walk around in them for a while, and I ended up leaving with a new pair. The associate was very knowledgeable about the technology of the running shoes that I was interested in, and answered all of my questions.
To top it all off, I got a $ 10 off coupon from Unilocal for checking in! Woo hoo!

Came here to get new sneaks for my daughter… the sales guy PROMISED us that the new shoes she picked out would make her feel like should jump higher and run faster then all the other kids on the play ground… she spent the rest of the night jumping around the house… oh to be a kid again.
But lets get real for a min… The staff was great and really attentive to there clientele. We came for new shoes for the kid but my husband was totally engaged with a sales guy in the golf area. Bottom line these guys are sports guys. Down to earth and friendly. My check out was fast and there was a wide range of prices.
