Universal Billiards

The staff was great. Very friendly no high pressure sales let us check everything out gave tips and suggestions. We bought cue rack and the floor model was damaged sales person said oh you don’t want this one we will order one for you. He checked out the item and noticed a little damage before we even said anything, very thankful for the attention given to details. Also bought items for shuffle board table and sales guys went over everything just to make sure we knew how to us the product he tried to be very educational about the specific product since we hadn’t used that brand before. We item came in they called right away we were out of town and were told no problem come in the next time we were in town and they had already inspected it to make sure the was no damage.

Bought our pool table a little over a year ago. The salesman was extremely helpful and professional and we were very happy with the experience. Recently we had a shift in our table, called Universal Billiards and they immediately scheduled an appointment to come out to fix it at no charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for anything in their game room/​man cave!

I was skeptical of buying a used table, but they made this a great experience from Preston in the showroom who really was knowledgeable and didn’t try to «sell» me on anything. The delivery and set up by Matt and Brian was great. They told us exactly what they were going to do, walked us through caring for the table and just did a great job. Plus, they were professional! We definitely made the right decision buying from this business.

Great experience from start to finish!
i had done my research and knew what I wanted. Now I just needed pricing. Most places I emailed asking for a price would reply that I needed to call or come by to discuss. I’m a sales guy myself and this really annoys me. I know what I want, and I don’t want to be sold to.
However, this wasn’t the case Universal Billiards. I emailed them a very direct question about price and Zach responded almost immediately, answering my question exactly. At that point, I went in and purchased my new shuffleboard table.
While in the store, Zach continued to be very helpful, not overly aggressive, and I ended up spending 40% more on a custom shuffleboard table. The next part was scheduling a delivery. Once again, they worked with my schedule (had a few trips planned out of town) and my table was to be delivered just a few days later. I walked out very excited about my new purchase.
Delivery. They told me they would get there at 9am. Well, we’ve all been there, waiting and waiting. However, this time they were the ones waiting! I happened to look out the window at 8:59am and the two delivery guys were waiting outside in their truck until 9am, right when they said they would be there.
The two guys delivering and installing the table were very professional, worked well together, and did everything perfectly. They walked me through maintenance of my new table and answered all of my questions politely and very clearly.

We recently moved from CA and I had my antique Renaissance table delivered to our new house in Lucas. The folks at Universal were great in making suggestions. I had my rails all rebuilt and they sent 2 technicians out to the new house to re-​assemble my table. Everyone in the operation is squared away and reliable. I would recommend their services.

Top notch professionals at Universal Billiards! From the time we walked into the store until the delivery people left we have been treat with kindness and respect. We purchased a Legacy pool table that was delivered by two men who were respectful of my purchase and my house. The level of the table is spot on as well as the quality being more than one can ask for, especially since we live in a world with Chinese import junk. I will highly recommend Universal Billiards to anyone!

Great store with great customer service. We bought a 12 ft shuffle board table and a poker table. The in-​store customer service is excellent! The items were delivered separately. On both delivery days, the guys were punctual, quick, and set up was smooth. We would highly recommend this store and would use them again for future game room needs.

I purchased a pool table, table top tennis, and Cue furniture. I worked with Daniel and he is always pleasant, in a good mood, and there to help in anyway possible. Their prices are incredibly competitive and the delivery process was painless and quick. I had one issue with one of the railings on the pool table and they have been more than accomodating to change it out. It has truly been a great experience purchasing these type items from them.

Used them a few months ago to furnish the game room. I purchased a 6′ wooden bar and 9′ shuffleboard table. Both had to be delivered to the house. The delivery process went fine. One of the items had an issue, but they got it corrected ASAP.
Overall they carry a good selection of game & media room items: pool tables, shuffleboard, darts, full-​size arcade games, Foosball, bars, cocktail tables, chairs, etc. They also have supplies and accessories for the items they sell. In general, I find their prices to be pretty good for the stuff they sell.
Even if you aren’t looking to buy anything, it’s a fun store to stop in and check out.
