We stopped in to get a watch battery. The entire experience was great. They were efficient and experts in what is needed. Up sold if for a few extra life time battery coverage. Overall great to deal with. The location is easy to get to in front of Home Depot. 121 and Ohio.

Have always had the strange bulb or battery that I have needed. I think the staff is helpful and reasonably knowledgable. I don’t think many MIT graduates work here but they do their best.

First time here but was closer to me, so I stopped by. Sales person was completely inept and unhelpful. The trip was a complete waste of my time. I will be driving further to the Addison location in the future.
