They never have anything they are always out of all the breakfast sandwiches and the drinks are never the same go to another Starbucks if you can unless you want to come here and be disappointed every time I’m done coming here

Staff… Seemed very unfriendly and almost annoyed with just about everyone that came up for a drink. The facility was very clean, well maintained, but the Pepsi worker snoring loudly while sleeping on break was a little distracting. My drink, vente While Chocolate Mocha, was made very well, hot and not too sweet. I would come back again, better than waiting for the ladies in my life to try on all the clothes they bought.

Love the atmosphere and customer service is excellent. Now I’m not one to trip over discounts but I thought I’d ask about military but they don’t do it but manager went ahead and gave me one. Very appreciative and blessed she would do that for me. Awesome place definitely stop by!

I like Starbucks that have a drive thru because the coffee smells inside are just too much for me bear. But I had some work to do and decided to host a meeting twice at this location. They are pretty quick at this location for a mid-morning. he sparkling passion tango tea(unsweetened) is so refreshing and I find myself asking for that more than my usual green tea. I was able to easily hold two meetings here without feeling crowded. The people working here can be a little short when taking your order but that could be because they are busy getting orders out fast. This location also has an outdoor patio with plenty of tables. The one major drawback, I paid $ 7 for an iced tea and a croissant…

Great idea to add sandwiches to the menu. Bad idea to offer them through the drive thru. Wait times are already long. Add in the guy ordering 4 sandwiches and I may as well skip the morning Joe.

First, the coffee doesn’t taste as strong as it should. I know my coffee. Did they brew full pot with half pot grind amt? Didn’t bother to return because I had to ask them to put more coffee in cup because they have no idea where a tall in a grande hits. I’m not only person who asks for a tall in a grande so I don’t lose coffee in return for space for cream and sugar. So figure it out guys. Believe it or not, there’s only about an inch from top difference when a full tall is placed in a grande cup. They left about 2 ½ inches of space in grande which defeats purpose. When I asked them to fill it up more after I put cream and sugar in, the one fella who initially got me the cup acted like I was a nut job wanting to cheat them outa a few ounces of coffee. NO, I WANTWHAT I ASKEDFOR. I even told him to do an experiment himself to see where a tall amt of coffee lands in a grande cup. Blank annoyed stare from him. He told me that’s just where they fill it to. If it were me I’d say ‘oh wow that’s good to know I will try that’. Duh… it’s called good customer service. Small things mean a lot to customers who frequent your business ALLTHETIME and know more details about your products/coffees than the employees do! Rrrrrr. Ticks me off.

I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino, waited 15 min and nothing, asked for a status and was told it was the next being prepared, another 5 min and it was someones else order… told them to cancel because I couldn’t wait anymore and they didn’t even offered to refund me or anything… I didn’t even had the patience to ask for my money back and just walked away. They were ok with it.

This is the closet location near my home and have been visiting this location for the last several years. The outdoor seating area is perfect when connecting to their wifi and getting some work done. The associates are always friendly, but this location can get crowded in the AM. The drive this is tight and almost impossible to navigate some times.

I’m currently visiting my family in Frisco, and we’ve gone to this location twice today already. I’ve been to TONS of Starbucks, and this is the best customer service I’ve had in a Starbucks store. Relatable people, fun, and they make drinks just the way you customize them. Amanda was my barista twice and she was fantastic. As a barista and people person, I was impressed with all Amanda all around. Definitely recommend this store!

This is my local store only about ½ mile from my house. I have been going here as an every day regular for well over 8 years. They know me by name and almost always know my drink order although I vary it on them on occasion. Great place to sit and relax with friends any time of day. Nice outside patio area! The store could have been built a little bigger there are times it is very crowded and hard to find space.

They don’t have the seasonal/new drinks like the mocha cookie crumble and one of my favorite caramel ribbon crunch! I thought if starbucks advertise it on their website than every starbucks should serve it! I hate their drive thru lane if you come from the small street you have to park there and block traffic when the line is long! On the bright side they are the only drive thru close to me.

Nice location and very fast service, pleasant staff as well. Drive-thru is a bit backed up regularly but inside goes fairly quickly. Parking is a guessing game of musical chairs around the facility, unless your willing to walk but not far. Small inside but cozy, seats are limited, but the patio is a decent option. But heck it’s a coffee joint not an eatery, so it’s adequate. Good spot to grab a java, check email & enjoy some good tunes playing in the background.

Every time I try this place, I wasn’t satisfied with the taste of my coffee. I tried the green tea latte(hot and cold) it tasted weird. I also tried the white chocolate mocha and it was much bitter than other starbucks locations.
