I visit this Starbucks at least 3 – 4 days each week. My last several visits have been met with frustration after leaving. I always order a Grande One Raw Sugar Latte. The last 3 times I should have known by the weight of it it’s more cappuccino like than latte. The last 3 times I’ve gotten something that has more foam than froth and the cup is ¾ full and doesn’t even taste like a latte. It’s strong and bitter. I’m usually not one to complain, but this is now a consistent issue. I also attempted to call this location 4 times and no one has picked up. I don’t know where else to voice my concern or displeasure. My company is right down the road and we frequent this location often but I may be driving the other direction to Lebanon and Legacy from now on. I don’t need coffee to add to my frustration of the day, I have work to do that– coffee should be my happy place. :)

This is the worst Starbuck’s I’ve ever been to, not just in the Dallas area but in the US! They give ALL their attention to their drive-thru customers. Inside, they are slow as molasses, and usually only one person is working the registers. And oftentimes, if I stop in before work around 7 a.m., there is NOONE at the registers – they are all scrambling to fill the drive-thru orders. And they totally ignore the people inside! I don’t even get a greeting! I’m currently in here on a Saturday morning, and there are 10 people ahead of me who have all been waiting for their drinks for at least 5 minutes. This is utterly ridiculous!!! I will never come to this location again!

This location is pretty quick inside. I’ve waited a little bit in the drive-through. Speaking of the drive through, its sort of awkwardly place behind the building; you have to drive around AT&T to get to it. I like the service here, but sometimes its hard to find a seat. If you need to get some work done, this is a good location if you have somewhere to setup. Please note that it is a little loud due to the customer traffic. Overall, I like the location. Only issue is the hit and miss seating.

Slow slow slow. This location is so slow it’s amazing order right maybe 75% of time at drive through. Always will fix it but you have to park and then go inside. Really poorly managed Still the absolute slowest with poorest service of any Starbucks I visit.

Friendly people, service is a bit slow. My biggest complaint is they don’t shake their refreshers like other locations and they fill the whole up with ice. The tea is already chilled and if it was shaken it’s would chill more. I end up shaking my own tea and dumping half the ice. Resulting in a grange portion at a venti price.

Quick and friendly. Apparently, i read signs that they might offer small plates, beer and wine in the evenings as well. Love the free wifi offered by google. This one has drive-thru. It’s just not that accessible.

I’m really irritated with this location. I call in the travel to go coffee which are the boxes of coffee. I’m told constantly a wait which is fine bc I call ahead and it’s usually 30 mins. but every time I get there I have to wait an extra 20. This is not acceptable ESP when taking up to ur company for meetings and having to constantly wait. The lady on the phone is always super rude when I call in and doesn’t care

This may actually be one of the best starbucks Ive been to. Very friendly, quick with my order and clean facility. The atmosphere was relaxed and the noise level low. Definitely found a spot to become a regular patron for coffee.

Good coffee made to order and rapidly served with a smile. Michelle greeted me by name. My drink was so good I got a refill. Yummy happy java tummy. Michelle is amazing. Happy and full of joy. I’ll come back. She needs to be a trainer. Also, they had USO cards!!!

It really nice to know that there is a Starbucks nearby whenever I run out of coffee at the house. This place is really nice and friendly. The staff seems to know everyone’s name… and I can see why, it gets really busy in the morning, but they always make the coffee right.

Just want to say thank you for using milk instead of coconut milk & now my stomach is a mess & have been for the last 12 hours. I literally said to her when she handed me the coffee are you sure they used coconut milk? I then explained my allergy. If Starbucks is going to offer alternatives then the barista’s need make sure they are following the drink orders.

My daughter & I just left this Starbucks drive thru and what was a disappointing issue the young lady working the drive thru window turned it into a positive outcome. She had gone beyond and give us great customer service. I was so impressed that I wanted to write this review. To make a long story short, I placed an order but when I came to the window was then told that one of items was sold out. Instead saying«too bad too sad» to me, the barista saw I was disappointed that she provided me a substitute item at no cost. I hope more businesses continue to inspire this type of customer service with their employees because that how you keep returning customers.

This is by far the fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Every morning the place packed and the drive through has a huge line of cars but I’ve never waited longer than 5 – 7 minutes. The staff is friendly and my order is always accurate.

This isn’t one of my favorite locations, but it gets the job done. Sort of. Make sure you double check your order when you get it because mine have been wrong a several times. Location is good, just on Preston, near all of the shopping. but it can get crowded. The drive thru lines are always pretty lengthy and they aren’t very fast. I do prefer the other Starbucks location farther north on Preston, but sometimes it’s more convenient for me to stop here even though I know it won’t be 100% perfect.

Prepare to wait and plan accordingly. I’ve never been in a Starbucks that looked so much like a ship steering without a rudder. This is by far the busiest store I’ve ever been in, and someone really needs to fix it. There are simply not enough people working to handle the volume. The employees look like they’re chickens running with their heads cut off. There’s no communication amongst them and no leadership providing direction. The product is fine, but this isn’t the way I expect Starbucks to be run. When you’re the only free standing location within a mile or so you need to be properly staffed. I’ll give it another shot, but 15 – 20 for just coffee is too much. If i’m getting a latte that’s one thing, but coffee… no.

Super friendly service here. I just stopped in to pick up a Dallas mug while on vacation.(see pic = ) I also wanted to get the store added to Unilocal in case someone else is looking for it. :-)
