Wanted to try this location and was impressed by the staff. The restaurant was very clean and easy to park at. I must say that this locations portions are a bit small based on other locations. The meat and frys were kinda skimpy portions. Plano location offers a better deal for $ 10

I came back to Texadelphia and was very impressed with the outcome. Staff was very friendly and checked in with me during my meal. The bread was VERY fresh and food was hot!

I’ve eaten here a number of times now, and so far have never walked away either hungry or unsatisfied. The bread is warm and soft, and like Subway, you can choose from the shorter version or the full length version sandwich. it’s hard to decide what to use your melted cheese on, the sandwich or the warm crispy tortilla chips that come with it. The widescreen TVs really add a nice touch when you’re sitting down to eat.

Wish I could put a negative star! This is probably my 3rd visit. 1st2 visits weren’t bad. 3rd visit though was totally different. Place was disgusting. Floor was covered in grease. So bad staff put wet floor sign out versus degreasing. Can’t believe owner would allow this considering liability if someone fell. I went to get a Coke and machine sprayed all over my clothes and shoes due to spout wasn’t attached. I told staff and they already knew, but failed to put a sign up. One would think they would put something up to prevent customers from being sprayed. The order came and food was good, but it was incomplete. We were missing chips and queso and my daughters corn dogs. When I notified the staff of the mistake they had the audacity to try and charge me. The chips and queso were free part of the Unilocal check in and the corn dogs were missed by the cashier. One guy attempted to give me a $ 25 gift card but I refused, Won’t be back for a 4th visit. Now a response from Nikki T questioning my review. The floor was covered in grease and very slick. Also the long booth like chair right after the drink machine had foot prints all over it due to a child walking on the floor and then the chair. You may want to check your store prior to questioning a customer. FYI for the Queso I did show my phone to the cashier. She even took my phone back to someone to validate the offer.

Great for lunch, fast, and reasonable price. Best phillys in frisco.

This was my first time here and I love Philly steak sandwiches so I thought I’d give this a try. The bread looks real thick but it’s actually really light and fluffy. It really made the sandwich. The meat was tender and had a great flavor. I LOVE that they had homemade ranch dressing, ranch/salsa, a mustard blend and fresh salsa for you to pour into little bowls, there’s no skimping or asking and it’s all homemade. The girl(with purple hair) was very friendly and when I asked for no mushrooms the cook in the back yells«extra mushrooms» just playing around. This gives a good vibe and there was even a gentlemen that came by my table a few times and asked if everything was ok. I will defiantly be back and bringing my coworkers. I went about 11:45 and there were a few people there but nothing to where I had to wait, the food comes fast. My medium sandwich, chips and a drink was $ 9.50.

I love a good Philly cheesesteak and just stumbled on this place on Unilocal. The service was Great! Friendly staff all the way around and pretty quick for lunch time. I had the Founders cheesesteak and would have to say I enjoyed it. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but certainly a good one. I also had chips and queso which was ok, not great but I didn’t expect great considering I was not at a Mexican rest. Overall, it was good and I will be back for sure.

My boyfriend and I shared a South Philly with chicken and an order of waffle fries. Very tasty! The man that took our order was very friendly and as it was a holiday we had the place pretty much to ourselves. We will be back!

Delicious and affordable. The portions are very generous and my Founder’s favorite cheesesteak was hot and tasty. I came around 6 pm and it wasn’t very busy so it only took about 5 minutes for my order to be completed. Will definitely come back on the future when I’m in the area for work.

Super tasty, but super slow. We were there during lunch — just beat the crowd, but our food took forever. By the time our last group member received her food, some were already done eating and the rest were close. Two of our orders were also incorrect, but we didn’t bother to send them back in fear of how long a correction would take. Chips are similar to Chuy’s — super thin and very addicting. Salsa is average. I ordered the chicken wrap and would so again in a heart beat. They don’t skimp on the avocado which is always appreciated :) 2 stars for service; 3 for food.

Food was great, service was great and place was clean. I’ll be back! Location is in a business park so I’m guessing lunch time would be pretty busy. Menu was great with a lot of different options of the philly. Looking forward to eating here again.

This food is horrible. Had the breakfast burrito and immediately threw up. Lady beside me was complaining that their was a hair in her daughters food and they were treating her like she was trying to rip them off. Both her and her mother had blond hair, the hair in the food was black. Shameful.

I love this chain of philly cheesesteaks. I’ve been to this location twice and this last time I dined in. I got my usual, Texican chicken with waffle fries. It was fresh and yummy. I do have a few complaints. The other locations have the strawberry lemonade that is so bomb and this one doesnt. Also, while I was dining, the girl came and started breaking down the condiment bar and there was still 4 families eating! It wasn’t even 9pm and one lady had to go to the counter to get more condiments. I found that to be a bit odd. Other than that, I loved the service and my food.

Stopped by for lunch today and the sandwich was delicious! I got the Texan. I haven’t had a cheese steak sandwich in a long while and this one hit the spot. Queso was good too. I’ll have to experiment with the sauces next time. Food was good, place was clean, and the staff was friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

This location is Texadelphia in name only. Location is small and very cramped. Sauces come out of a pump dispenser into a Styrofoam bowl, instead of the typical squeeze bottle. That is messy and annoying. The queso doesn’t quite taste the same either. We will make the drive to Irving or Plano in the future, even though this location is much closer. So sad…

We were so excited to have a Texadelphia closer to home, but it is only the name. Not the same yummy food that the other two locations(Irving & Plano) offer. This location is small and very cramped. The queso doesn’t quite taste the same and when jalapeños are requested, you get a small container with about 5 pickled pieces. Just seems that with a large order of queso and chips one would get more than that. The sauces are in refrigerated pump canisters at the beverage counter and have to be pumped into Styrofoam bowls. Don’t really have an opinion, just used to the individual containers. The menu has more options than the other two locations. Is that good or bad? We ordered two Founders Favorite and a chicken salad. Hubby said his sandwich, ok, but not the same. Our son wasn’t thrilled and didn’t eat the whole thing. Salad was tasty and the chicken wasn’t dry, overall it was good. The staff was friendly and our trays were cleared without ever feeling rushed. Final thoughts, not sure we will be back. Would rather drive to the other two locations if we get a hankering for Texadelphia’s steak sandwiches.

This is coming from a fan of Texadelphia. I went to school at UT in Austin and loved eating the cheesesteak there almost every week. I usually just get the basic one so nothing crazy or anything. So I was happy to see they opened a new location in Frisco and went there yesterday. I got the same basic cheesesteak I always get and I couldn’t even finish half of it even though I was starving. It was that bad. The seasoning was way off. The meat was undercooked. I got some queso as well and that was good but the cheesesteak was so bad that I have to give a 1 star for the overall experience.

Foods decent enough, employees are nice too. Other than this location they have a massive lack of seating. You are left with ordering to go, but that takes at least 10 minutes. Just poorly planned really by the company, not directing to this specific location. I like the made to order aspect, but if you are going to limit seating at least make a place for the rest of us to endlessly chill while awaiting our order.

Greeted by a manager/owner the second I walked in the door. Got great recommendations from the 2 staff members behind the counter. Food came out quickly and it was good. Trash was cleared from my table when I was finished without any prompting. What more could a hungry girl on her lunch break ask for?

My first visit to this new location. I have only been to one other Texadelphia one time and I absolutely loved it! Now, this one has only been open for a few days. I ordered the exact same sandwich I ordered at the other location, The Texican. Before I review the food, let me say that the owner came up and greeted us and spent some time chatting. Very nice guy. On the food. If I had never been to a Texadelphia before and this was my first experience I would have to give this three stars. The fried pickles, the chips and the fries, especially the fries, were all good. But what about the main attraction, the sandwich? Well, they have some kinks to work out. This just was not the same sandwich that I had had at at another location. The bread was somewhat dry. I do not think they grill their bread with a little butter or steam it. All I can say is that the bread on both sandwiches was a little dry and just not great. Secondly, the meat; I am afraid they are either overcooking the meat or they are not putting old down when they cook it. I just do not know but when I have a cheesesteak I kind of expect it to be a little moist. This was not. The cheese did not even seem to be properly melted. I know this sounds like our meal was disgusting but that was not the case at all. It was«good» and we will be back. I think this is just kinks that need to be worked out. My wife and I do not discuss our food in restaurants, we typically wait until we leave. When we got int the car our feelings on the sandwiches were almost identical. Again, we will be back to try again. I will say again that the fries here were awesome. I do not usually care that much for fries, but I would go here and get a basket of these. Once we return I will update the review.
