We actually really like Dickey’s and this location is the best! Service is always great and friendly and fast. If you ask for your brisket sliced they listen and don’t chop it. Once we went with my little guy and they didn’t have the nuggets he gets at another location. He was so sad as he didn’t yet like brisket. The sweet lady behind the counter asked if he could have her pizza rolls instead. She gave him pizza rolls out of her own lunch and didn’t charge us! Mike, the manager always remembers our names and has a big smile for everyone. Once my husband visited on lunch and left his wallet at the table. The manager brought it to his work! He noticed where he worked on his badge and personally delivered it. We are big fans of this location.

Ate here Sunday night around 6:30. Prime dinner time. My ribs were dried out and cold. Brisket only ok. Cold slaw had no flavor and potato salad was something I won’t get again. My wife had a turkey sandwich and she said it was really good. For a $ 21 dinner, they could at least real ice cream instead that ice milk crap.

Dicky’s is just ok. Their brisket is not very good or moist but their sides are decent. Only go there in a pinch

Not very good bbq. The brisket tastes like roast beef. It was very dry. There is no smoke flavor. I’m not sure they even use a real smoker. Cole slaw and bbq beans aren’t bad, but go to Hutchins, or 3 stacks for better bbq in Frisco.

Great Q, always quality. Staff always friendly and engaging. Last visit, my daughter mentioned she liked the mac and cheese from there. Manager gave her a spork, said he threw in a extra side of mac and cheese just for her on him!!! I like that they are friendly and talk to the kids! Food is quite good, not a load of meat, but we ate well for $ 56.00 on the family pack.

First visit to this location and with a coupon. Food is better when it costs less. Smallest of franchise stores located southwest corner of Warren Parkway and North Dallas Toll Road, visible from the frontage road. And across the street from the World HQs of the Dallas Cowboys now under construction. As a smaller store it does not have the cafeteria serving line as the larger stores. The server gives you the side dishes along with entrée. Prompt service and plenty of seating for Sat lunch hour. The side dishes served in take out containers so easy enough to put a lid on it for leftovers. And provided a very large recyclable dishwasher safe drinking cup. Portions are large which makes it good for leftovers. Disappointed they only had one brand of non-sugar substitute which is not my favorite. And the free ice cream makes a great meal.

Dickey’s is not my first choice in BBQ, but they are one of the few that have smoked turkey breast. The food was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly. Be warned, if you get it to go, you need to make sure you get all of your napkins, utensils and most importantly SAUCE! They didn’t make this clear when I picked up my order so when I got home, we had dry sandwiches. Even without sauce they were tasty. The waffle fries were a bit underdone. BTW, I am not basing my rating on the lack of sauce. That’s on me for not checking.

My boyfriend had be wanting to go to Dickey’s for awhile since he loves BBQ. However, our experience wasn’t too great. I wasn’t too hungry, so I ordered 2 sides(Baked Potato Casserole and Mac & Cheese). He ordered the Monday special. First of all, the girl and boy working were NOT friendly at all. We did come in about 30 mins before closing, but they acted like we were walking in, ordering food right at closing time. It was as if they were inconvenienced by our business. Once we got home, I thought my sides were good… but my boyfriends green beans had no flavor whatsoever. And his sandwich bun was not toasted at all — I was kind of upset since he was the one that wanted to go so badly. Oh well. I guess now we know.

One of the few options to walk from the Hall Office Park, this place is chain and does the job for a BBQ place. I had the brisket sandwich as it was the daily special for the day I was there. You don’t get a ton of meat, but it was enough and tasted fine. You move down the line like a cafeteria and then get your own drink from the machine. It is in a newer strip mall so the inside is modern and lofty feeling. There are better places around if you drive.

Really good BBQ. I do like Rudy’s more but this is in my top three BBQ places in town.

This Dickey’s is so close to where I work so it’s easy for me to get in and out and back to work quick. I like that they take my order over the phone and have it ready and waiting by the time I get there. The to-go orders are huge btw. I had so much okra I couldn’t even finish half. They have pretty good specials as well, for instance today is the three meat plate for $ 9.99. As far as the food goes, I have nothing to complain about! I ask for lean brisket and they do a really great job at separating the fat out, and the okra is perfect! The only thing they can improve on is friendliness, they sometimes seem a little less than happy to be there(and by little less I mean one guy looked like they he was just sentenced to prison)

Great Hall Office Park lunch choice-they are very quick with the lunch crowd, which is nice for those of us who are just running out of the office to grab something good. I don’t eat much red meat, but their smoked turkey is amazing. I recommend subbing turkey in their smokehouse salad. Their two and three meat plates are basic but so good, and their fried okra is to die for! They have daily specials and their normal combos and meals are reasonably priced as well. There’s also soft serve ice cream on the way out.

Dickey’s is the best(only) place I know to get good drive up bbq. Sometime in the past year or so they have started to reduce portion sizes on the sides. No more pickles and onions unless specifically asked for. Bring back the large fried okra!

I’ve given this location 3 tries and every time the food is cold or barely warm. It’s not warm and inviting like other locations and the staff hardly make an effort to let you know they appreciate your business.

Like all Dickeys the BBQ is great and the sausage is really good. However i wish they had breakfast and also drive through.
