This store provides THE BEST customer service! I shipped out some important document yesterday then found out the business moved. I called Desiree and she helped me locate and reroute my document with no charge! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My computer I shipped to be serviced was totally destroyed by UPS in transit. Thankfully, I had it insured, but trying to file a claim with UPS is a total nightmare!
Since I had shipped from this UPS store, Walt the manager took care of everything for me and I did not have to go through the red tape of the claim, or sit on the phone with UPS for HOURS.
Very pleased with the customer service that I received at this store. Walt gets 5 stars!

Today I experienced The Worst highly priced of shipping cost from this location on Lebanon Rd Frisco please do yourself a favor don’t ever use this UPS franchise. I went to Staples to ship via ups it was $.21+ instead of $ 65 what a nightmare
